Claims (6)
- Al2O3 및 SiC를 포함하는 내화제 혼합물에,
알루미나 졸의 무기 바인더와, 히드록시에틸 셀룰로즈 (hydroxyethyl cellulose), 히드록시프로필 셀룰로즈 (hydroxypropyl cellulose), 메틸 셀룰로즈(methyl cellulose), 및 라텍스(latex) 중에서 선택된 유기 바인더를 첨가한 부정형 내화물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미나 졸의 무기 바인더는 보헤마이트 슬러리에 산을 가하여 제조한 것을 특징으로 하는 부정형 내화물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 Al2O3 및 SiC를 포함하는 내화제 혼합물이 산화마그네슘, 스피넬, 지르코니아, 크로미아, 산화하프늄 또는 이들의 2이상 혼합물을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부정형 내화물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미나 졸의 무기 바인더 함량은 상기 Al2O3 및 SiC를 포함하는 내화제 혼합물 대비 알루미나 양으로 0.2 내지 4 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 부정형 내화물.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 바인더 함량은 상기 Al2O3 및 SiC를 포함하는 내화제 혼합물 대비 0.03 내지 1.0 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 부정형 내화물.
