- 복수가닥의 강선을 각 공급부(21)를 통하여 공급한 후, 서로 반대 방향으로 회전하는 제1비틀림장치(22)와 제2비틀림장치(24)를 순차적으로 경유하여 각 강선의 소재 자체는 비틀림을 받으나, 각 가닥이 서로 꼬이지 않도록 비틀림을 부여한 상태에서 파형부여기(23)를 통하여 기어 파형을 부여하고, 교정롤러(25)와 각 강선을 개별적으로 분류하는 배선수단인 가이드롤러(27)를 거쳐 인출부(28)를 통하여 권취부(29)에 권취하여 제조하며, 상기 제1비틀림장치와 제2비틀림장치의 회전비(제2비틀림장치/제1비틀림장치)는 0.1~1.5배인 것을 특징으로 하는 직선성이 우수한 고무보강용 단선 스틸코드 제조방법.
