- 로봇 아암의 선단에 장착되는 고속 스캐너를 통하여 금형의 성형 표면에 대하여 저입열의 레이저빔을 지그재그 형상의 조사패턴을 따라 조사하여 금형의 성형 표면층을 급속 가열하여 열영향부를 형성하는 단계와, 상기 금형의 열영향부에 에어노즐을 통하여 냉각에어를 분사하여 급속 냉각하는 단계를 포함하는 금형의 열처리방법에 있어서,상기 열영향부는반타원형의 단면형상을 가지며, 상기 금형의 성형 표면에서, 상기 조사패턴의 단위피치보다 큰 반경으로 형성되며, 상기 조사패턴의 단위피치당 적어도 2회 이상 중첩되도록 하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판의 레이저 용접방법.
