Claims (5)
- 천연석을 분쇄하여, 6㎛ 내지 60mm 입경의 분말 또는 칩 중 적어도 하나의 형태로 천연석 분말을 제조하는 분쇄단계;상기 천연석 분말 92 내지 98중량부 대비 2 내지 8중량부의 열경화성 수지와, 상기 열경화성 수지 100중량부에 대하여 충진재 30 내지 100중량부, 경화제 0.01 내지 2중량부, 폴리스티렌계 저수축제 5 내지 20중량부, 및 증점제 0.1 내지 5중량부로 이루어진 수지조성물을 혼합하여, 이를 분산하는 분산단계;상기 천연석 분말 및 상기 수지조성물을 혼합하여 혼합물을 형성하고, 상기 혼합물을 상온에서 10 내지 30시간 동안 증점시키는 혼합단계; 및상기 혼합된 천연석 분말 및 상기 수지조성물로 이루어진 천연석 조성물을 100 내지 200℃ 온도에서 5,000 내지 10,000kgf/cm2의 압력으로 1분 내지 1시간 동안 압출성형함과 아울러, 상기 천연석 조성물을 경화시키는 성형단계를 포함하며,상기 분산단계는 상기 열경화성 수지, 충진재, 경화제, 저수축제 및 증점제를 순차적으로 투입하고, 각각 1000 내지 2000rpm으로 2 내지 15분간 교반하며,상기 혼합단계는 상기 혼합물의 외곽에 냉각수를 순환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연석을 이용한 고분자 복합재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열경화성 수지는, 불포화폴리에스테르 수지 또는 에폭시계 수지 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연석을 이용한 고분자 복합재료의 제 조방법.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 수지조성물은, 상기 천연석 분말 대비 실란계 화합물로 이루어진 가교제 및 아연스테아레이트(Zn-stearate)로 이루어진 이형제를 상기 열경화성 수지 100중량부 대비 0.1 내지 2중량부 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연석을 이용한 고분자 복합재료의 제조방법.
