Claims (5)
- 압력 유체가 흐르는 유로 구멍을 구비한 하우징과, 상기 유로 구멍 내를 상기 유로 구멍의 축선 방향으로 슬라이딩이 자유로운 슬라이딩 부재를 갖고, 상기 슬라이딩 부재의 외주에는 패킹 수용홈이 형성되고, 이 패킹 수용홈 내에 링 형상을 한 패킹이 수용되며,상기 패킹은, 상기 패킹 수용홈의 홈 바닥에 맞닿는 원호 형상의 내주 시일면을 구비한 링 형상의 내주측 시일부와, 상기 유로 구멍의 구멍 내면에 슬라이딩 접촉하는 원호 형상의 외주 시일면을 구비한 링 형상의 외주측 시일부와, 상기 패킹의 좌우 양 측면의 상기 내주측 시일부와 외주측 시일부와의 사이의 영역에 바닥이 평탄한 링 형상의 오목홈을 마련함으로써 형성되어, 유체압의 작용에 의해 만곡하는 링 형상의 중간 가요부(可撓部)로 이루어지며,상기 내주측 시일부 및 외주측 시일부는, 평탄하고 서로 평행한 좌우 양 측면을 갖고, 상기 내주측 시일부 및 외주측 시일부의 두께는, 서로 동일하게 그리고 상기 패킹 수용홈의 홈폭보다 작게 형성되며,상기 내주 시일면 및 외주 시일면의 원호의 곡률 반경은, 상기 패킹의 반경 방향 폭의 1/2보다 작지만, 상기 내주측 시일부 및 외주측 시일부의 두께의 1/2보다 크고, 또, 상기 외주 시일면의 곡률 반경은 내주 시일면의 곡률 반경보다 작으며,상기 중간 가요부는 평탄하고 서로 평행한 좌우 양 측면을 갖고, 상기 중간 가요부의 두께는, 상기 내주측 시일부 및 외주측 시일부의 두께보다 얇게 형성되어, 상기 중간 가요부의 패킹 반경 방향의 링 폭은, 상기 중간 가요부의 두께와 동등하거나 또는 그 이상임과 함께, 상기 내주측 시일부의 링 폭 및 외주측 시일부의 링 폭보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 로우 슬라이딩 패킹을 구비한 유체압 기기.
