Description
Claims (39)
- 제1 면; 및상기 제1 면과 대향하고, 위상 지연 소자의 외부에 형성된 반사층과 마주하는 제2 면을 포함하고,상기 제1 면과 제2 면 중 어느 한 면에 랜드와 그루브가 형성되며,상기 제1 면에 입사되는 제1 광의 파장을 1/4 위상지연시킨 제2 광을 상기 제2 면을 통해 상기 반사층에 공급하고, 상기 반사층에 의해 반사되어 상기 제2 면에 입사되는 제3 광의 파장을 1/4 위상지연시킨 제4 광을 상기 제1 면을 통해 출사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 위상지연소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 광은 원편광 성분의 광이고, 상기 제2 광 및 제3 광은 수직편광 성분의 광이며, 상기 제4 광은 상기 제1 광과 동일한 방향의 원편광 성분의 광인 것을 특징으로 하는 위상지연소자.

- 반사영역과 투과창으로 구분되는 화소 영역을 갖는 절연기판;상기 화소 영역에 형성된 스위칭 소자;상기 스위칭 소자에 연결된 화소 전극;상기 반사영역에 형성되어, 일측에서 입사되는 프론트광을 상기 일측으로 반사하고, 타측에서 입사되는 배면광을 상기 타측으로 반사하는 반사층; 및상기 반사층 아래에 형성되어, 상기 타측에서 입사되는 배면광을 위상 지연시켜 상기 반사층에 공급하고, 상기 반사층에 의해 반사된 광을 위상지연시켜 상기 타측으로 출사하며, 일 면에 랜드와 그루브가 형성되는 휘도향상층을 포함하는 기판.

- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 휘도향상층은 상기 배면광의 파장을 1/4 위상지연시켜 상기 반사층에 공급하고, 상기 반사층에 의해 반사된 광의 파장을 1/4 위상지연시켜 상기 타측으로 출사하여 휘도를 향상시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판.
