Claims (8)
- 제 1 면에 형성되는 냉각수 유로와 제 2 면에 형성되는 반응가스 유로로 이루어진 제 1 유로부 및 상기 제 1 유로부의 양측에 형성되는 매니폴드부를 각각 포함하는 분리판 본체, 상기 분리판 본체 2장이 서로 접합되어 있는 연료전지용 분리판, 복수개의 상기 연료전지용 분리판 사이마다 배치되는 막-전극접합체(MEA)를 포함하되, 복수개의 상기 연료전지용 분리판 중 양쪽 가장자리의 연료전지용 분리판은 1장으로 이루어진 최외곽 분리판 본체를 갖는 스택;상기 스택의 최외곽 분리판 본체와 전기적으로 직접 접촉되며, 상기 최외곽 분리판 본체에 형성되어 있는 냉각수 유로와 대응되는 제 2 유로부를 갖는 전류집전체(Current Collector);상기 전류집전체의 외곽부 및 상기 스택을 보호하는 엔드플레이트(End Plate);상기 스택 중 상기 최외곽 분리판 본체와 상기 전류집전체 사이의 영역을 제외한, 상기 연료전지용 분리판 및 상기 막-전극접합체(MEA) 사이의 영역에 배치되는 가스확산층(GDL); 및상기 연료전지용 분리판은 상기 냉각수 유로가 서로 마주보도록 접합되어 형성되고, 상기 각 분리판 본체의 둘레 및 실링을 필요로 하는 부위에 형성되는 가스켓;을 포함하며,상기 전류집전체는 복수개의 상기 연료전지용 분리판과 각각 대응되는 면적을 가지며, 상기 엔드플레이트의 내벽에 일부가 매립되고, 상기 일부를 제외한 나머지는 상기 엔드플레이트의 표면으로부터 상기 스택 방향으로 돌출되도록 형성되고,상기 전류집전체의 전류 인가 및 수집은 상기 엔드플레이트를 관통하는 전류인가용 체결볼트를 통해 이루어지며,상기 전류집전체는 구리(Cu), 크롬(Cr) 및 전도성 카본(C) 중 하나 이상으로 형성되고, 상기 전류집전체는 백금(Pt), 금속질화물 AxByN(A: Cr, Al, B : Cr, Al, C) 및 금속탄화물 AxC(A: Cr, Ti, Al) 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 물질로 표면이 코팅되며,상기 전류집전체는 최외곽 분리판 본체의 반응가스 유로를 밀봉시켜, 상기 전류집전체의 제2 유로부로 순환하는 냉각수에 의한 갈바닉 부식을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 스택.
