Abstract
상기 제1공정이 완료된 후에 B기압 하에서, 상기 제1면재에 심재와 제2면재를 차례대로 위치시키고 진공백을 이용해서 성형하는 제2공정;을 포함하고,
상기 A기압은 상기 B기압과 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재 샌드위치 제조방법을 제공한다.
본 발명에 따르면 정도가 심한 굴곡형상을 갖는 복합재 샌드위치를 제작할 수 있고, 성형 중에 압력에 의해서 심재가 파손되는 위험을 줄일 수 있다.

Claims (4)
- 몰드의 외부 또는 내부에 제1면재를 접촉시키고 A기압 하에서 진공백을 이용해서 성형하는 제1공정; 및
상기 제1공정이 완료된 후에 B기압 하에서, 상기 제1면재에 심재와 제2면재를 차례대로 위치시키고 진공백을 이용해서 성형하는 제2공정;을 포함하고,
상기 A기압은 상기 B기압과 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재 샌드위치 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 A기압은 상기 B기압보다 2배 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재 샌드위치 제조방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제2공정에서 상기 B기압이 대기압과 동일해지면 진공백 내부를 릴리즈시켜 진공백 내부가 외부 기압과 동일하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재 샌드위치 제조방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1공정과 상기 제2공정에서 온도 변화는 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재 샌드위치 제조방법.
