Claims (10)
- 구리시트(100) 또는 알루미늄시트(200) 일측에는 탄소나노튜브(300)가 형성되고, 타측에는 상기 탄소나노튜브가 형성된 구리시트 또는 알루미늄시트가 적층되도록 접착제(400)가 형성되며, 적층된 시트의 최상부에는 PET 필름(500)이 형성되고, 최하부에는 아크릴 양면점착테이프(600)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열 확산 시트.
- 구리시트(100) 또는 알루미늄시트(200)에 접착제(400)가 형성되어 적층되고, 적층된 시트 양면에 탄소나노튜브(300)가 형성되며, 양면에 탄소나노튜브가 형성된 적층된 시트의 최상부에는 PET 필름(500)이 형성되고, 최하부에는 아크릴 양면점착테이프(600)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열 확산 시트.
- 구리시트(100) 사이에 알루미늄시트(200)가 압연된 클래드 시트(700)가 형성되고, 상기 클래드 시트(700) 양면에 탄소나노튜브(300)가 형성되며, 상기 클래드 시트(700) 최상부에는 PET 필름(500)이 형성되고, 최하부에는 아크릴 양면점착테이프(600)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열 확산 시트.
- 복수 개의 알루미늄시트(200)가 압연되어 적층된 형태의 시트로 형성되고, 상기 적층된 시트 양면에 탄소나노튜브(300)가 형성되며, 상기 적층된 시트의 최상부에는 PET 필름(500)이 형성되고, 최하부에는 아크릴 양면점착테이프(600)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열 확산 시트.
- 제1항 또는 3항에 있어서,
상기 구리시트(100) 또는 알루미늄시트(200)의 두께는,
9 ~ 100㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 열 확산 시트. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄시트(200)의 두께는,
9 ~ 100㎛ 두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 열 확산 시트. - 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 구리시트(100) 또는 알루미늄시트(200)로 제작된 열 확산 시트의 총 두께는,
50 ~ 600㎛ 두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 열 확산 시트. - 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 탄소나노튜브(300)는,
다중벽 구조의 탄소나노튜브이며, 0.1 ~ 20㎛ 두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 열 확산 시트. - 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 구리시트(100) 또는 알루미늄시트(200)가 적층된 개수는,
2 ~ 10인 것을 특징으로 하는 열 확산 시트. - 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서,
상기 접착제(400)는,
2 ~ 20㎛ 두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 열 확산 시트.
