Abstract
이를 위해, 본 발명에 따른 배터리 급속 충전기는, 외부로부터 소정 전원을 공급받는 입력단자와, 배터리 팩과 선택적으로 연결되어 배터리 팩 측으로 소정 전원을 공급하는 출력단자 및, 상기 입력단자를 통해 공급된 전원을 일정 값으로 변환하여 출력시키는 변환회로가 내장된 본체를 포함하여 구성된다.

도 3은 본 발명에 따른 배터리 급속 충전기의 본체 내부 구성을 나타내는 블록도이다.

Claims (4)
- 외부로부터 85 내지 264[V]의 직류전압을 공급받는 입력단자와, 배터리 팩과 선택적으로 연결되어 배터리 팩 측으로 2.5 내지 6[V]의 직류전압 및 3.0 내지 8.0[A]의 전류 값을 갖는 전원을 공급하는 5밀리미터[mm]의 DC Jack으로 이루어진 출력단자 및, 상기 입력단자를 통해 공급된 전원을 일정 값으로 변환하여 출력시키는 변환회로가 내장된 본체를 포함하여 구성되되;
상기 변환회로는,
Fuse 및 TNR을 포함한 회로로서 전원입력단에 구비되어 과전류를 차단하여 기기의 이상을 방지하는 INPUT PROTECTION CIRCUIT과;
EMI에 대비한 LINE FILTER가 구비되며, Bridge Diode를 매개로 교류입력전압을 직류전압으로 변환하는 RECTIFIER & FILTER CIRCUIT과;
1차측의 직류고전압이 PWM Controller IC에 의해 66[KHz]로 스위칭 되면 이를 2차측으로 전기적 에너지가 전달되도록 하는 POWER TRANSFORMER와;
1차측의 직류고전압을 66[KHz]로 스위칭하여 2차에너지를 제어하고, OVP(과전압 보호), OCP(과전류 보호), 과열방지 기능을 수행함과 아울러, 2차측의 전압상태를 PHOTO COUPLER를 통해 전달받아 적정하게 동작하도록 제어를 행하는 PWM CONTROLLER와;
상기 POWER TRANSFORMER를 통해 전달된 스위칭된 전압을 Diode를 매개로 직류전압으로 정류하고, 인덕터와 캐패시터를 매개로 평활시켜 직류전압으로 만드는 OUT1 RECTIFIER & FILTER CIRCUIT과;
상기 POWER TRANSFORMER를 통해 전달된 스위칭된 전압의 일부를 Diode를 매개로 직류전압으로 정류하고, 저항(Resistor) 및 캐패시터를 사용하여 직류전압으로 만드는 OUT2 RECTIFIER & FILTER CIRCUIT과;
상기 OUT2 RECTIFIER & FILTER CIRCUIT에서 만들어진 직류전압을 정전압회로를 통해 DC 5.12[V]로 변환한 후 MCU 측으로 공급하는 REGULATOR와;
상기 POWER TRANSFORMER를 통해 전달된 스위칭된 전압의 일부를 Diode D6을 매개로 직류전압으로 정류하고, 이를 1차 PWM CONTROLLER의 제어용 전압으로 사용하도록 하는 SYSTEM POWER와;
2차측의 전압상태를 그 내부의 LED를 매개로 전달받아 1차 PWM CONTROLLER의 제어단자를 Photo Transistor로 제어하는 PHOTO COUPLER와;
MCU의 제어에 따라 전압 및 전류를 제어하는 VOLTAGE & CURRENT CONTROL-SWITCH & COMPARATOR와;
충전전압 및 충전전류를 제어하고, OCP(과전류보호회로), OVP(과전압보호회로)의 기능을 행하는 MCU와;
배터리의 단자전압을 체크하여 상기 MCU 측으로 전달하는 BATTERY VOLTAGE CHECK부 및;
출력단자 측의 전류값을 센싱하는 CURRENT SENSING부를 포함하여 구성된 것;을 특징으로 하는 배터리 급속 충전기. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 충전기의 본체에는 MCU의 제어에 따라 충전표시 및 완충표시, 시스템 에러상태를 표시하는 DUAL LED INDICATOR가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 급속 충전기. - 삭제
