- 중량%로, 탄소(C): 0.03~0.08%, 실리콘(Si): 0.05~0.50%, 망간(Mn): 1.4~2.0%, 알루미늄(Al): 0.01~0.05%, 티타늄(Ti): 0.005~0.02%, 니오븀(Nb): 0.02~0.07%, 질소(N): 0.003~0.01%, 칼슘(Ca): 0.0005~0.004%, 바나듐(V): 0.05% 이하(0은 제외), 니켈(Ni): 0.4% 이하(0은 제외), 구리(Cu): 0.5% 이하(0은 제외), 인(P): 0.02% 이하(0은 제외), 황(S): 0.005% 이하(0은 제외), 잔부 철(Fe) 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고, 미세조직은 도상 마르텐사이트(MA) 3~10%, 페라이트 5~20% 및 잔부 베이나이트를 포함하는 라인파이프용 강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강판은 중량%로 크롬(Cr): 0.1~0.5% 및 몰리브덴(Mo): 0.3% 이하(0은 제외) 중 1종 또는 2종을 추가적으로 포함하는 라인파이프용 강판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 강판은 도상 마르텐사이트(MA)의 결정립 크기가 3㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 라인파이프용 강판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 강판은 페라이트 및 베이나이트의 결정립 크기가 8㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 라인파이프용 강판.
- 중량%로, 탄소(C): 0.03~0.08%, 실리콘(Si): 0.05~0.50%, 망간(Mn): 1.4~2.0%, 알루미늄(Al): 0.01~0.05%, 티타늄(Ti): 0.005~0.02%, 니오븀(Nb): 0.02~0.07%, 질소(N): 0.003~0.01%, 칼슘(Ca): 0.0005~0.004%, 바나듐(V): 0.05% 이하(0은 제외), 니켈(Ni): 0.4% 이하(0은 제외), 구리(Cu): 0.5% 이하(0은 제외), 인(P): 0.02% 이하(0은 제외), 황(S): 0.005% 이하(0은 제외), 잔부 철(Fe) 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 슬라브를 1100~1180℃로 가열하는 단계;상기 가열된 슬라브를 1000~1100℃의 온도에서 패스당 평균 10%이상의 압하율로 압연하는 재결정역 압연단계;상기 재결정역 압연된 강판을 800~950℃에서 누적 압하량 70% 이상으로 압연하는 미재결정역 압연단계;상기 미재결정역 압연된 강판을 Ar3 변태점 이상에서 5~10℃/s의 냉각속도로Ar1 변태점 이상의 온도까지 냉각하는 제1냉각단계; 및상기 냉각된 강판을 10~30℃/s의 냉각속도로 Ms-50℃~Ms-200℃ 범위내로 냉각하는 제2냉각단계를 포함하는 라인파이프용 강판의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 강판은 중량%로 크롬(Cr): 0.1~0.5% 및 몰리브덴(Mo): 0.3% 이하(0은 제외) 중 1종 또는 2종을 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인파이프용 강판의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제조방법은 상기 재결정역 압연단계와 상기 미재결정역 압연단계 사이에서 압연없이 공냉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인파이프용 강판의 제조방법.
