Claims (14)
- 섬유를 이용하여 안정화 공정, 탄화 공정 및 흑연화 공정을 거쳐 탄소섬유를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 섬유로서 라이오셀 섬유를 사용하고, 상기 안정화 공정 전에 라이오셀 섬유를 실리콘계 고분자 용액 및 난연성 염 수용액에 침지처리하는 전처리 공정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라이오셀계 탄소섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘계 고분자는 폴리실록산, 폴리디메틸실록산, 실온 경화형 실리콘, 폴리메틸페닐실록산 또는 폴리실라잔인 것을 특징으로 하는 라이오셀계 탄소섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘계 고분자 용액의 용매는 아세톤, 퍼클로로에틸렌, 테트라히드로푸란, 메틸에테르케톤, 에틸알코올 또는 메틸알코올인 것을 특징으로 하는 라이오셀계 탄소섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 난연성 염은 인산, 인산나트륨 또는 염화암모늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 라이오셀계 탄소섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 안정화 공정은 2단계로 수행되며, 1단계는 100~250℃, 2단계는 300~500℃의 온도범위에서 열처리하므로써 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라이오셀계 탄소섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탄화 공정은 900~1700℃의 온도범위에서 10~30시간 동안 열처리하므로써 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라이오셀계 탄소섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 흑연화 공정은 2000~2800℃의 흑연화 온도까지 승온시키고, 상기 흑연화 온도에서 체류시간을 10시간 이하로 하여 처리하므로써 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라이오셀계 탄소섬유의 제조방법.
- 직물을 이용하여 안정화 공정, 탄화 공정 및 흑연화 공정을 거쳐 탄소직물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 직물로서 라이오셀 직물을 사용하고, 상기 안정화 공정 전에 라이오셀 직물을 실리콘계 고분자 용액 및 난연성 염 수용액에 침지처리하는 전처리 공정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라이오셀계 탄소직물의 제조방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘계 고분자는 폴리실록산, 폴리디메틸실록산, 실온 경화형 실리콘, 폴리메틸페닐실록산 또는 폴리실라잔인 것을 특징으로 하는 라이오셀계 탄소직물의 제조방법.
