Claims (8)
- 건물의 옥상에 형성된 인공지반을 활용하여 도심의 자투리 공간에 녹지를 조성하는 옥상 녹화시스템에 있어서,상기 옥상 녹화시스템은 옥상의 바닥면에서 순차적으로 옥상 녹화시스템의 수분이 건축물로 누수되는 것을 차단하는 방수층, 식재의 뿌리로부터 방수층과 건물을 보호하는 방근층, 옥상 녹화시스템이 다량의 우수(雨水)로인하여 침수되어 식물의 뿌리가 익사되는 것을 예방하며, 유효 수분 이외의 물을 배출시키는 배수층, 빗물에 씻겨 내리는 세립토양이 시스템 하부로 유실되지 않도록 하는 필터층, 식물이 지속적으로 생장하는 기반인 육성 토양층, 옥상 녹화시스템에서 최상부를 이루며, 식물이 식재되는 식재층으로 적층되어 구성되고,상기 방수층 과 방근층 사이에는 버퍼 존이 구성되며, 상기 버퍼 존에는 종단면이 "Ⅰ" 형상의 패널형 지지대가 설치되어 방근층 및 그 상부의 구조물을 지지하고, 상기 지지대는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 재질이며, 상기 지지대의 사이에 단열작용을 하는 공기층이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고단열 성능을 갖는 저관리-경량형 옥상 녹화시스템.

- 옥상 바닥면에 PVC/PO 재질의 방수시트를 설치하여 방수층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 방수층 위로 버퍼 존을 구성하기 위해 패널형 지지대를 설치하여 단열층의 역할을 하는 공기층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 지지대 위에 폴리에틸렌 필름(PE필름)을 깔아 방근층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 방근층 위에 E.P.S(Expanded Polystyrene)재질의 패널 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 재질인 세듐블럭을 설치하여 배수층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 배수층 위에 P.P 재질의 부직포를 깔아 필터층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 필터층 위에 경량 토양 위주의 육성 토양층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 육성 토양층 위에 소관목 및 지피식물로 구성된 식재층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고단열 성능을 갖는 저관리-경량형 옥상 녹화시스템의 시공 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서상기 경량 토양은 피트머스(peat moss), 난석 및 펄라이트를 혼합하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고단열 성능을 갖는 저관리-경량형 옥상 녹화시스템의 시공 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서상기 방수층은 폴리우레탄 도막방수, FRP 도막방수 및 우레탄-FRP 복합방수로 시공 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고단열 성능을 갖는 저관리-경량형 옥상 녹화시스템의 시공 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서상기 방근층은 폴리에틸렌 필름(PE필름)을 깔아 형성하며, 상기 폴리에틸렌 필름의 겹침부나 접합부에도 시일(seal) 처리를 하거나, 알루미늄 판막, 구리 조인트 테이프로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고단열 성능을 갖는 저관리-경량형 옥상 녹화시스템의 시공 방법.
