Claims (13)
- 긴 구멍을 갖는 금속판의 체이며,상기 긴 구멍이 복수 형성되고, 1개의 상기 긴 구멍의 길이 방향의 연장선과, 당해 긴 구멍의 상하 좌우에 인접하는 각각의 긴 구멍의 길이 방향의 연장선이 서로 교차하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 긴 구멍을 길이 방향의 연장선상이 서로 직교하도록 복수 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는, 체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 긴 구멍의 폭을 분급하는 구형의 입자의 직경과 동등하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는, 체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 체의 표면측의 긴 구멍의 폭이, 상기 체의 이면측의 긴 구멍의 폭보다 넓어지도록 긴 구멍의 단면이 유발 형상으로 되고, 상기 체의 이면측의 긴 구멍의 폭이 상기 입자의 직경과 동등하게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 긴 구멍은 길이 방향의 연장선상에서 상기 다른 긴 구멍의 길이 방향의 중점과 직교하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 긴 구멍의 코너부를 둥근 형상으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는, 체.

- 제10항에 기재된 선별 장치로 분급된 복수의 땜납 볼이며,상기 복수의 땜납 볼 중 표면에 흠집을 갖는 땜납 볼의 존재 확률이 0.1% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는, 땜납 볼.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 땜납 볼 중 표면에 변색을 갖는 땜납 볼의 존재 확률이 0.1% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는, 땜납 볼.
- 제10항에 기재된 선별 장치를 사용하여 구 형상의 구형 입자를 선별 공정과, 상기 선별 공정에 의해 상기 긴 구멍을 통과한 상기 구형 입자를 얻는 공정을 갖는, 구형 입자의 선별 방법.
