Claims (3)
- 콘트롤러, 공압장치, 금형과 연동하여 구동되는 싱글밸브시스템에 있어서,
사출성형기를 금형에 결합시킬 때 결합위치를 가이드해주는 로케이트링(locate ring; 101); 상부바디측 온도를 측정하여 계측된 온도를 상기 콘트롤러로 전달하는 상부 핀센서(pin sensor; 102); 상부바디(109) 둘레를 따라 감겨져 수지의 용융상태를 유지해주는 상기 콘트롤러에 의해 구동되는 전열히터인 상부코일히터(coil heater; 103); 상부파이프(104)와; 외부로부터 유입된 공기압에 따라 상승 혹은 하강하는 피스톤(piston; 105); 실린더를 외부로부터 보호하는 실린더커버(cylinder cover; 106); 노즐 몸체로서 기능하는 노즐바디(nozzle body; 107); 하부바디(108) 및 상부바디(109); 상기 피스톤(105) 하부에 끼워져 피스톤에 연동하여 상승하거나 하강하고, 상승하면 밸브를 개방시켜 수지를 금형으로 분사하고 하강하면 밸브를 폐쇄시켜 수지를 금형으로 분사시키지 않는 밸브핀(valve pin; 110); 용융수지의 역류를 방지하는 핀가이드부시(pin guide bush; 112); 상기 핀가이드부시의 외경 일부에 끼워져 핀가이드부시를 고정시키는 핀가이드부시너트(pin guide bush nut; 111); 하부바디측 온도를 측정하여 계측된 온도를 상기 콘트롤러로 전달하는 하부 핀센서(114); T자형으로 된 팁(tip; 116); 상기 팁과 노즐을 결합시키는 단열세라믹 유니온(union; 117); 용융수지가 흐르는 통로인 수지유로(210); 공압장치(40)로부터 공급된 공기압이 전달되어 상기 피스톤을 전진(하강)시키는 통로가 되는 전진통기유로(211), 상기 공압장치로부터 공급된 공기압이 전달되어 상기 피스톤을 후퇴(상승)시키는 통로가 되는 후퇴통기유로(212); 피스톤의 외경홈에 장착되어 상기 공기압이 새는 것을 방지하기 위한 오링(O-ring; 213); 피스톤의 외경홈에 장착되어 상기 공기압이 새는 것을 방지하기 위한 글라이드링(Glyd ring; 214); 피스톤의 외경둘레에 설치되어 금형판과 접촉되는 면적을 최소화하고, 수지의 용융열이 금형판으로 빼앗기는 현상을 방지하기 위한 단열세라믹링(215)을 포함하고,
실린더와 밸브핀의 중심축이 동일하도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 싱글밸브시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 실린더는 내경에 단열세라믹 링을 형성하거나 단열세라믹으로 코팅한 실린더이며, 오링은 과불화탄성체(perfluoroelastomer)이고, 상기 피스톤의 외경은 불화탄성체, 과불화탄성체(perfluoroelastomer)중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 싱글밸브시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 수지유로와 상기 노즐 사이의 연결 부분이 사선으로 형성된 세라믹 싱글밸브시스템.
