Abstract
일 예로, 복수의 전지셀을 구비하고, 상기 전지셀의 전압을 각각 측정하는 이차 전지에 있어서, 상기 전지셀에 연결되어 상기 전지셀의 전압을 순차적으로 저장하는 용량성 소자와, 상기 전지셀과 용량성 소자의 사이에서 상기 전지셀을 상기 용량성 소자에 순차적으로 연결하는 릴레이와, 및 상기 용량성 소자에 연결되어 상기 전지셀의 전압을 인가받고, 상기 전지셀의 전압을 컨버팅하는 A/D 컨버터를 포함하는 이차 전지가 개시된다.

도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 이차 전지에 사용되는 센싱부를 확대 도시한 구성도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 이차 전지에 사용되는 센싱부를 도시한 회로도이다.
도 4 및 도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 이차 전지에서 전지셀의 전압을 측정하는 과정을 도시한 것이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 이차 전지의 센싱부를 구성하는 용량성 소자의 양단 전압을 시간에 따라 도시한 것이다.
도 7은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 이차 전지에 사용되는 센싱부를 확대 도시한 구성도이다.
도 8 및 도 9는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 이차 전지에서 전지셀의 전압을 측정하는 과정을 도시한 것이다.
도 10은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 이차 전지의 센싱부를 구성하는 용량성 소자의 양단 전압을 시간에 따라 도시한 것이다.

Claims (8)
- 복수의 전지셀을 구비하고, 상기 전지셀의 전압을 각각 측정하는 이차 전지에 있어서,
상기 전지셀에 연결되어 상기 전지셀의 전압을 순차적으로 저장하는 용량성 소자;
상기 전지셀과 용량성 소자의 사이에서 상기 전지셀을 상기 용량성 소자에 순차적으로 연결하는 릴레이; 및
상기 용량성 소자에 연결되어 상기 전지셀의 전압을 인가받고, 상기 전지셀의 전압을 컨버팅하는 A/D 컨버터를 포함하되,
상기 릴레이는 상기 용량성 소자에 저장된 전지셀의 전압을 상기 A/D 컨버터가 컨버팅한 이후, 다음 전지셀을 상기 용량성 소자에 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 릴레이는 상기 용량성 소자의 방전을 수행하지 않고, 상기 전지셀을 연속적으로 연결하여 상기 전지셀의 전압을 상기 용량성 소자에 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 전지셀의 각각에는 과충전된 전지셀을 선택하는 제 1 스위칭 소자 및 상기 제 1 스위칭 소자에 직렬로 연결되어 상기 과충전된 전지셀을 방전시키는 저항성 소자가 더 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 용량성 소자의 양단에는 기준 전압원 및 상기 기준 전압원에 직렬로 연결된 제 2 스위칭 소자가 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 스위칭 소자는 상기 용량성 소자에 상기 전지셀의 전압이 인가되기 이전에 턴온되어, 상기 기준 전압원의 기준 전압을 상기 용량성 소자에 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 기준 전압원의 기준 전압은 상기 전지셀의 전압보다 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 릴레이는 옵티컬 모스 릴레이(Optical MOS Relay)로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
