Claims (8)
- 노저 출강 방식 전기로의 출강구 밀폐용 충진재에 있어서,니켈 제련시 발생되는 슬래그 부산물을 1~8mm의 크기로 분쇄하는 분쇄단계;니켈 또는 철성분을 분리해내는 선별단계;MgO성분이 함유된 첨가물을 추가 혼합하여 MgO 함량을 40~60중량%로 조절하는 혼합단계; 및수분을 제거하는 건조단계를 포함하며,상기 MgO성분이 함유된 첨가물은,내화벽돌 혹은 스탬핑제로 사용된 후 폐기되는 폐마그네시아 내화물, 폐마그카본, 폐마그크롬 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상을 혼합한 것임을 특징으로 하는 친환경 전기로 충진재의 제조방법.
