Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 스테이터에 사용되는 L형 결합부를 나타낸 사시도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 스테이터의 L형 결합부에 적용되는 절연 부싱을 나타낸 사시도이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 사용되는 절연 부싱의 단면도로서 도 3의 A-A'를 절단하여 본 단면도이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 스테이터를 제조하는 공정을 나타낸 흐름도이다.
이하에서는 첨부된 도면을 참조로 하여 본 발명의 실시예에 대하여 상세히 설명하기로 한다.

Claims (5)
- 복수 개의 티스(11)와 인접한 상기 티스 사이에 형성된 공간인 슬롯(12)을 갖는 스테이터 코어(1);
상기 스테이터 코어(1)의 측면부(13)의 소정의 위치에 부착되는 최소한 하나 이상의 L형 결합부(2);
로 이루어어지고, 상기 L형 결합부는 평면부(2a)와 측벽부(2b)가 L자 형상을 이루고 있으며, 상기 평면부에는 체결홀(21)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테이터. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 최소한 하나의 L형 결합부(2)가 부착되어 있는 스테이터 코어(1)의 전체 표면에 코팅되어 있는 절연성 파우더를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 L형 결합부의 평면부(2a)에 정렬홀(22)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테이터.
- 제1항에 있어서,
몸체부(31), 상기 몸체부의 상부에 형성되고 상기 몸체부의 외경보다 더 큰 외경을 갖는 플랜지부(32), 및 상기 몸체부와 플랜지부를 관통하는 중공부(33)로 이루어지고, 상기 체결홀(21)에 삽입되는 절연 부싱(3);
을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테이터. - 복수 개의 티스(11)가 형성되어 복수 개의 슬롯(12)을 갖는 스테이터 코어(1)를 준비하는 단계;
상기 스테이터 코어(1)의 측면부(13)에 최소한 하나 이상의 L형 결합부(2)를 부착하는 단계;
절연 파우더를 상기 L형 결합부(2)가 부착된 스테이터 코어(1)의 외면 전체에 도포하는 단계; 및
L형 결합부(2)의 체결홀(21)에 절연 부싱(3)을 결합하는 단계;
로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테이터의 제조 방법.
