Abstract
Description
상기 크롬 확산 침투 용액은, 삼산화이붕소(B2O3) 15~25중량%, 크롬철(Fe-Cr) 5~20중량%, 염화나트륨 2~5중량%, 65%의 Cr(BO2)3 과 35%의 Cr으로 구성된 촉진제 1~5중량% 및 붕사(borax) 잔량을 함유한다.
또한, 상기 크롬 확산 침투 용액은 삼산화이크롬(Cr2O3) 1 ~ 4중량%를 추가로 함유한다.
또한, 삼산화이붕소(B2O3) 15~25중량%, 크롬철(Fe-Cr) 5~20중량%, 염화나트륨 2~5중량%, 65%의 Cr(BO2)3 과 35%의 Cr으로 구성된 촉진제 1~5중량% 및 붕사(borax) 잔량을 혼합하여 확산 침투 용액을 준비하는 단계; 상기 확산 침투 용액을 800℃~900℃로 가열 유지하는 단계; 강철 또는 주철을 상기 확산 침투 용액에 1~3시간 동안 침지하는 단계를 포함한다.
또한, 상기 침지하는 단계 이후에, 90℃~110℃의 오일로 세척하는 단계; 상기 세척 단계 이후에, 0.5~1.5 시간 동안 450℃~550℃의 온도에서 열처리하는 제 1 소려 단계; 상기 제 1 소려 단계 이후에, 0.5~1.5 시간 동안 150℃~250℃의 온도에서 열처리하는 제 2 소려 단계를 포함한다.
또한, 상기 확산 침투 용액은 삼산화이크롬(Cr2O3) 1 ~ 4중량%을 추가로 함유한다.

Claims (8)
- 강철 또는 주철의 제품 표면에 크롬을 확산 침투시키기 위한 크롬 확산 침투 용액에 있어서,상기 크롬 확산 침투 용액은, 삼산화이붕소(B2O3) 15~25중량%, 크롬철(Fe-Cr) 5~20중량%, 염화나트륨 2~5중량%, 65%의 Cr(BO2)3 과 35%의 Cr으로 구성된 촉진제 1~5중량% 및 붕사(borax) 잔량을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크롬 확산 침투 용액.
