Claims (16)
- a) 티타늄 또는 티타늄 합금을 포함하는 임플란트를, 마그네슘 이온을 포함하는 전해질 용액에 침적하는 단계; 및b) 온도, 압력 및 시간 조건에 의한 수열반응을 통해, 상기 마그네슘 이온과 상기 임플란트의 티타늄 또는 티타늄 합금이 반응하여, 상기 임플란트의 표면에 마그네슘 이온이 결합된 나노 다공성 구조의 티타늄 산화막층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 a) 단계에서 상기 전해질 용액은 상기 임플란트의 표면에 결정도가 높은 상기 티타늄 산화막층을 형성하도록 알칼리성을 띠는 광화제를 포함하며, 상기 광화제의 농도를 조절하여 상기 임플란트의 표면에 형성된 상기 나노 다공성 구조의 크기를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트의 표면처리방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 a) 단계에서 상기 티타늄 합금은, 알루미늄(Al), 탄탈륨(Ta), 니오븀(Nb), 바나듐(V), 지르코늄(Zr), 주석(Sn), 및 몰리브덴(Mo) 중에서 선택된 1종 이상과 티타늄(Ti)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트의 표면처리방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 a) 단계에서 상기 전해질 용액은, 마그네슘 이온 공급제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트의 표면처리방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 마그네슘 이온 공급제는, 산화마그네슘(MgO, magnesium oxide), 수산화 마그네슘(Mg(OH)2), 및 마그네슘클로라이드(MgCl2) 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트의 표면처리방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 광화제는, 수산화나트륨(NaOH, sodium hydroxide) 및 수산화칼륨(KOH, potassium hydroxide) 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트의 표면처리방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 마그네슘 이온을 포함하는 전해질 용액에, 상기 마그네슘 이온 공급제의 몰농도는 0.001 내지 1M인 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트의 표면처리방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 마그네슘 이온을 포함하는 전해질 용액에, 상기 광화제의 몰농도는 0.01 내지 0.1M인 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트의 표면처리방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 b) 단계의 상기 수열반응은, 상기 온도로 100~250℃ 및 상기 압력으로 1~20atm에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트의 표면처리방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 b) 단계의 상기 수열반응은, 상기 시간으로 1~24시간 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트의 표면처리방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 a) 단계의 임플란트를 상기 전해질 용액에 침적하기 전에, 상기 임플란트를 절삭 가공한 후, 샌드 블라스팅 또는 산부식 처리, 세척, 건조 및 보관 중 적어도 하나를 수행하는 전처리 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트의 표면처리방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 b) 단계에서 형성된 산화막층을, 수세 및 건조하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트의 표면처리방법.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 마그네슘 이온이 결합된 나노 다공성 구조의 티타늄 산화막층은, 20~50 nm 사이즈의 나노 다공성 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트의 표면처리방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 11, 청구항 13 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 표면처리되어 표면에 상기 마그네슘 이온이 결합된 나노 다공성 구조의 티타늄 산화막층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트.
