Claims (3)
- 금속재질로 긴 길이를 갖고 장방형을 이루어 형성되며, 상호 마주하는 전면패널과 후면패널을 구비하여 전, 후면패널의 측면을 절곡하여 상호 연결한 후, 상, 하부로 피벗힌지를 연결 구성하여 이루어지는 방화문 제조방법에 있어서,
상기 전면패널과 후면패널의 상, 하측 끝부를 꺾어 이중으로 겹침된 형태의 절곡부가 형성되게 절곡하는 절곡단계;
상기 전면패널과 후면패널의 상기 절곡부가 상호 마주하되 결합 시 상호 다단으로 겹쳐지도록 겹침부를 절곡하는 겹침부절곡단계;
상기 겹침부에 연결홈을 구성하는 연결홈구성단계;
상기 전, 후면패널의 절곡부가 다단으로 겹쳐진 부분의 연결홈에 피벗힌지를 연결 구성하는 힌지연결단계; 가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피벗힌지 결합을 위한 보강재 및 용접이 필요 없는 방화문 제조방법
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 연결홈에 볼트를 연결하여 피벗힌지 및 전, 후면패널을 일체로 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피벗힌지 결합을 위한 보강재 및 용접이 필요 없는 방화문 제조방법
- 제 1항 또는 2항의 제조방법으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피벗힌지 결합을 위한 보강재 및 용접이 필요 없는 방화문
