Claims (3)
- 저온의 건조공기를 이용하여 건조실 내의 피건조물을 건조시키도록 구성된 저온건조 시스템에 있어서,공기를 공급하도록 구성된 송풍기,상기 송풍기를 통과한 공기를 냉각 및 가열하여 공기 중의 습기를 제거하도록 구부러진 형상으로 구성된 히트파이프,상기 히트파이트 사이에 위치하고 내부에 냉매를 포함하여 냉매 증발시 외부 열을 흡수하도록 구성된 증발기,상기 증발기와 연결되어 있으며 냉매를 이동시키는 팽창밸브,상기 팽창밸브와 연결되어 있으며 냉매를 응축함으로써 외부에 열을 방출하도록 구성된 응축기,상기 증발기와 연결되어 있으며 냉매를 고온, 고압으로 압축하도록 구성된 압축기,상기 히트파이프, 증발기, 압축기, 응축기를 통과한 저온의 건조공기를 건조실로 이동시키는 블로어,상기 블로어를 통과한 공기를 건조실로 공급하고 배출하도록 구성된 공기 공급덕트 및 공기 배출덕트,상기 공기 배출덕트와 연결되어 건조실로부터 나온 공기를 상기 히트파이프로 순환하도록 구성된 순환용덕트(Return Air Duct), 상기 순환용 덕트와 연결되어 공기를 외부로 배출하도록 구성된 배기덕트(Exhaust Air Duct), 상기 순환용 덕트와 연결되어 외부 공기를 유입되도록 구성된 외기덕트(Outside Air Duct)를 포함하고,상기 공기 공급덕트는 상기 공기 배출덕트보다 더 낮은 위치에 설치되고,상기 공기 공급덕트로부터 공급된 공기를 난류(turb ulence) 유동하도록 건조실 하부에 대각선 방향으로 공기순환 팬이 설치되고,건조실 내의 공기 온도를 일정하게 유지하도록상기 순환용덕트(Return Air Duct), 배기덕트(Exhaust Air Duct), 외기덕트(Outside Air Duct)에는 비례제어 신호에 의해 개폐되는 댐퍼가 각각 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온건조 시스템.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 압축기는 성능계수(COP, coefficient of performance)가 3 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 저온건조 시스템.
