Claims (15)
- 연속 주조기(1)에서 미리 박판 및 후판 슬래브(2; 3)로서 주조한 강 재료로 된 박판 및 후판 슬래브(2; 3)를 터널로(5) 및 워킹 빔 노(6)에서 압연 온도로 가열하고, 압연 트레인(4)에서 압연한 연후에, 이어서 냉각시키고 코일 다발(18)로 권취하는, 강 재료로 된 박판 및 후판 슬래브(2; 3)를 열연 스트립(4a)으로 압연하는 방법에 있어서,상기 압연 트레인(4)의 상류에 배치되어 있는 단일의 박판 슬래브 연속 주조기(1)로부터 공급되어 터널로(5)를 통과한 연속 박판 슬래브 절단편(2b)은 양 옆으로 개방되어 작동하지 않는 조압연 스탠드(4c)를 통과하여 마감 압연 트레인(12)의 제1 압연 스탠드 전방으로 안내되거나 조압연 스탠드(4c)를 통과하지 않고 곧바로 마감 압연 트레인(12)의 제1 압연 스탠드 전방으로 안내되어, 조압연 스탠드(4c)와 함께 압연 라인(4)에 놓인 마감 트레인(12)에서 마감 압연되고, 그런 연후에 비로소 코일 다발(18)로 권취되고,임시 저장 설비(7)로부터 공급되어 워킹 빔 노(6)를 통과한 후판 슬래브 절단편(3b)은 후판 슬래브 절단편(3b)의 두께를 줄이도록 작동하고 있는 조압연 스탠드(4c)를 통과하여 마감 압연 트레인(12)의 제1 압연 스탠드 전방으로 안내되어, 조압연 스탠드(4c)와 함께 압연 라인(4)에 놓인 마감 트레인(12)에서 마감 압연되고, 그런 연후에 비로소 코일 다발(18)로 권취되고,임시 저장 설비(7)로부터 공급되어 워킹 빔 노(6)를 통과한 박판 슬래브 절단편(2b)은 양 옆으로 개방되어 작동하지 않는 조압연 스탠드(4c)를 통과하여 마감 압연 트레인(12)의 제1 압연 스탠드 전방으로 안내되거나 조압연 스탠드(4c)를 통과하지 않고 곧바로 마감 압연 트레인(12)의 제1 압연 스탠드 전방으로 안내되어, 조압연 스탠드(4c)와 함께 압연 라인(4)에 놓인 마감 트레인(12)에서 마감 압연되고, 그런 연후에 비로소 코일 다발(18)로 권취되며,박판 슬래브 연속 주조기(1)로부터 공급되어 터널로(5)를 통과하여 양 옆으로 개방되어 작동하지 않는 조압연 스탠드(4c)를 통과하여 마감 압연 트레인(12)으로 안내되는 박판 슬래브 절단편(2b)이 우선적으로 압연되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강제 박판 및 후판 슬래브(2; 3)를 열연 스트립(4a)으로 압연하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 압연 가동 시간 중에 일정 백분율 비율의 박판 슬래브(2)와 그 각각의 남은 백분율 비율의 후판 슬래브(3)를 연속적으로 잇달아 공통의 압연 트레인(4)에 공급하여 압연하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강제 박판 및 후판 슬래브(2; 3)를 열연 스트립(4a)으로 압연하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 슬래브 절단편(2b; 3b)을 워킹 빔 노(6)의 상류에 연결된 후판 슬래브 및 박판 슬래브(2; 3)의 임시 저장 설비(7)로부터 꺼내어 압연에 앞선 열처리를 행하고, 공통의 압연 라인(4)상에 놓인 마감 압연 트레인(4)에서 압연하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강제 박판 및 후판 슬래브(2; 3)를 열연 스트립(4a)으로 압연하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 폭(8) 및 두께(9)별로 분류하여 워킹 빔 노(6)에 후판 슬래브(3)를 장입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강제 박판 및 후판 슬래브(2; 3)를 열연 스트립(4a)으로 압연하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 후판 슬래브(3)를 요구되는 폭(8) 및 두께(9)별로 주조하여 임시 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강제 박판 및 후판 슬래브(2; 3)를 열연 스트립(4a)으로 압연하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 임시 저장 설비(7)에서의 후판 슬래브 또는 박판 슬래브(3; 2)를 폭(8), 등급(10), 또는 등급 군(11)별로 분류하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강제 박판 및 후판 슬래브(2; 3)를 열연 스트립(4a)으로 압연하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 폭(8) 및 두께(9)가 비슷한 박판 슬래브(2) 또는 후판 슬래브(3)로서 주조 또는 조압연되어 만들어진 중간 제품(13)을 하류에 연결된 마감 압연 트레인(12)에 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강제 박판 및 후판 슬래브(2; 3)를 열연 스트립(4a)으로 압연하는 방법.

- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 연속 주조기(1) 및 압연 트레인(4)을 컴팩트 스트립 프로덕션(Compact Strip Production; CSP) 방식으로 가동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강제 박판 및 후판 슬래브(2; 3)를 열연 스트립(4a)으로 압연하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 연속 주조기를 미응고 압하(Liquid Core Reduction; LCR)에 의해 가동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강제 박판 및 후판 슬래브(2; 3)를 열연 스트립(4a)으로 압연하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 후판 슬래브(3)가 중간 과정의 슬래브(16)로서 도입되는, 마감 압연 트레인(4)의 전방에 있는 2대의 조압연 스탠드(4c) 사이에 박판 슬래브(2)를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강제 박판 및 후판 슬래브(2; 3)를 열연 스트립(4a)으로 압연하는 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 30 ㎜ 내지 60 ㎜의 두께를 각각 갖는 박판 슬래브(2) 또는 후판 슬래브(3)를 중간 과정의 슬래브(16)로서 압연 라인(4)에 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강제 박판 및 후판 슬래브(2; 3)를 열연 스트립(4a)으로 압연하는 방법.
