Claims (4)
- N-메틸 피롤리돈과 염화칼슘 c중량%와의 혼합물 속에서(i) 파라-페닐렌디아민 a몰%,(ii) 5(6)-아미노-2-(p-아미노페닐)벤즈이미다졸 b몰%, 및(iii) 테레프탈로일 디클로라이드 90 내지 110몰%를 공중합시킴으로써 파라-페닐렌 테레프탈아미드 단위와 2-(p-페닐렌)벤즈이미다졸 테레프탈아미드 단위를 함유하는 방향족 폴리아미드를 포함하는 조성물을 수득하는 방법으로서,c가 1 내지 20의 범위이고, a:b의 비가 1:20 내지 20:1의 범위이며, a + b가 100몰%이고, 성분(i), 성분(ii) 및 성분(iii)이 함께 상기 혼합물의 1 내지 20중량%를 구성하며, b × c가 50 이상 215 미만이고,상기 조성물이 상대 점도(ηrel)가 4 이상인 크럼(crumb)이고, 상기 크럼이, 95% 이상이 평균 직경이 0.7 내지 15mm인 비점착성 입자들로서 정의됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- N-메틸 피롤리돈과 염화칼슘과의 혼합물 속에서 파라-페닐렌디아민, 5(6)-아미노-2-(p-아미노페닐)벤즈이미다졸 및 테레프탈로일 디클로라이드를 공중합시킴으로써 수득할 수 있는, 파라-페닐렌 테레프탈아미드 단위와 2-(p-페닐렌)벤즈이미다졸 테레프탈아미드 단위를 함유하는 방향족 폴리아미드를 포함하는 조성물로서,상기 조성물이 상대 점도(ηrel)가 4 이상인 크럼임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 크럼의 상대 점도(ηrel)가 4 내지 7인, 조성물.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 기재된 크럼을 물 속에서 응집시키고 세척한 후, 건조시키는 단계에 의해 정제된 방향족 폴리아미드를 제조하는 방법.
