Abstract
Description
일방향 탄소직물(C1)을 만드는 탄소섬유는 폴리아크릴로니트릴계(PAN or oxi-PAN)계 섬유이다.
웹 탄소직물(F1)이란, 부직포 형태의 직물로서, 탄소섬유들을 무작위로 배열한 후 군데군데 니들펀칭하여, 무작위로 배열된 탄소섬유들을 서로 얽어 만든 직물이다.
웹 탄소직물(F1)을 만드는 탄소섬유는 폴리아크릴로니트릴계(PAN or oxi-PAN)계 섬유이다.
Claims (11)
- 일방향 탄소직물들로 구성된 몸체; 및상기 몸체와 니들펀칭되어 결합되며, 웹 탄소직물들로 구성되며, 최외각에 위치된 마찰층;을 포함하며,상기 몸체의 밀도는 0.1~1.0g/㎤이고, 상기 마찰층의 밀도는 0.01~0.5g/㎤인 탄소-세라믹 브레이크 디스크용 하이브리드 프리폼.
- 일방향 탄소직물들로 구성된 몸체;상기 몸체와 니들펀칭되어 결합되며, 혼합 탄소직물들로 구성된 중간층; 및상기 중간층과 니들펀칭되어 결합되며, 웹 탄소직물들로 구성되며, 최외각에 위치된 마찰층;을 포함하며,상기 몸체의 밀도는 0.1~1.0g/㎤이고, 상기 중간층의 밀도는 0.1~0.8g/㎤ 이고, 상기 마찰층의 밀도는 0.01~0.5g/㎤인 탄소-세라믹 브레이크 디스크용 하이브리드 프리폼.
