Claims (6)
- 지지 기질 세포의 공배양 없이 적아세포(erythroblasts)를 부유 배양하여 적아세포를 적혈구 세포로 분화시키는 방법에 있어서, 양전하로 하전된(positively charged) 내부 표면을 갖는 배양기 중에서 상기 적아세포를 부유 배양하여 세포핵 유출(enucleation)을 유도하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적아세포를 적혈구 세포로 분화시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양전하로 하전된 내부 표면을 갖는 배양기가, 바닥 표면이 양전하로 하전된 배양 플레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 적아세포를 적혈구 세포로 분화시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양전하로 하전된 내부 표면을 갖는 배양기가 아민 기를 도입시킨 유리판(glass plate)을 배양기의 내부 표면 상에 고정시켜 얻어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 적아세포를 적혈구 세포로 분화시키는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 양전하로 하전된 내부 표면을 갖는 배양기가 아민 기를 도입시킨 유리판을 배양 플레이트의 바닥 표면 상에 고정시켜 얻어진 배양 플레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 적아세포를 적혈구 세포로 분화시키는 방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 아민기의 도입이 (3-아미노프로필)트리메톡시실란, N-페닐-3-아미노프로필트리메톡시실란, 3-아미노프로필메틸디에톡시실란, 및 3-아미노프로필트리에톡시실란으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 아민기-함유 실란 커플링제로 유리판을 처리함으로써 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적아세포를 적혈구 세포로 분화시키는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 아민기-함유 실란 커플링제 처리가 C1-C4 알코올 중의 상기 아민기-함유 실란 커플링제의 용액을 상기 유리판에 가하고 12~48 시간 동안 인큐베이션함으로써 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적아세포를 적혈구 세포로 분화시키는 방법.
