- 삭제
- 은 또는 은합금을 방향성 응고법을 이용하여 선재로 주조한 후 주조된 선재를 인발공정에 의해 직경 0.015 내지 0.05mm의 극세사로 성형한 적어도 한 가닥의 은사에 천연섬유나 합성섬유로 이루어진 제1섬유사를 합사한 후 합연된 제1합연사에 천연섬유나 합성섬유로 이루어진 제2섬유사를 권취사로 커버링하여 얻어진 제2합연사로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 은합연사.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2섬유사는 PLA(Polylactic acid; 생분해성 섬유) 또는 폴리에스테르 섬유 1가닥과 면 1가닥으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 은합연사.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2섬유사는 PLA(Polylactic acid; 생분해성 섬유) 또는 폴리에스테르 섬유 2가닥으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 은합연사.
- (a) 은 또는 은합금을 방향성 응고법을 이용하여 선재로 주조한 후 주조된 선재를 인발공정에 의해 극세사로 성형된 직경 0.015 내지 0.05mm의 은사를 준비하는 단계;(b) 천연섬유나 합성섬유로 이루어진 제1섬유사와, 상기 (a)단계에서 얻어진 적어도 1가닥의 은사를 합사한 후 합연하여 제1합연사를 얻는 단계; 및(c) 상기 제1합연사를 심사로 사용하고 천연섬유나 합성섬유로 이루어진 제2섬유사를 권취사로 사용하여 상기 제1합연사를 커버링하여 제2합연사를 얻는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 은합연사 제조방법.

- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제2섬유사는 PLA(Polylactic acid; 생분해성 섬유) 또는 폴리에스테르 섬유 1가닥과 면 1가닥으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 은합연사 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제2섬유사는 PLA(Polylactic acid; 생분해성 섬유) 또는 폴리에스테르 섬유 2가닥으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 은합연사 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 은합금은 0.1~10wt%의 구리(Cu)와, 나머지는 은(Ag)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 은합연사 제조방법.
- 순 은 또는 구리를 함유한 은합금을 방향성 응고법을 이용하여 선재로 주조한 후 주조된 선재를 인발공정에 의해 극세사로 성형하여 얻어진 직경 0.015 내지 0.05mm의 은사에 천연섬유나 합성섬유로 이루어진 제1섬유사를 합사한 후 합연하여 얻어진 제1은합연사에 천연섬유나 합성섬유로 이루어진 제2섬유사를 권취사로 커버링하여 얻어진 제2합연사로 이루어진 은합연사를 이용한 기능성 원단.
