Claims (9)
- 액정표시장치의 쉬프트 레지스터에 구비된 액정표시장치용 트랜지스터에 있어서,제 1 전극상에 일방향으로 다수개 형성되며, 각 일측이 서로 연결된 제 2 전극들;상기 제 2 전극들간에 위치하도록 상기 제 1 전극상에 일방향으로 다수개 형성되며, 각 일측이 서로 연결된 제 3 전극;상기 제 2 전극들과 상기 제 3 전극들 사이에 서로 격리되도록 형성된 적어도 2개의 채널영역; 및,상기 제 2 및 제 3 전극들과 상기 제 1 전극 사이에 형성되는 적어도 2개의 반도체층을 포함하며;상기 제 2 전극들은 서로 인접한 반도체층의 일측 가장자리를 중첩하며, 상기 제 3 전극들은 상기 각 반도체층의 중심부를 중첩하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치용 트랜지스터.

- 액정표시장치의 쉬프트 레지스터에 구비된 액정표시장치용 트랜지스터에 있어서,제 1 전극상에 일방향으로 다수개 형성되며, 각 일측이 서로 연결된 제 2 전극들;상기 제 2 전극들간에 위치하도록 상기 제 1 전극상에 일방향으로 다수개 형성되며, 각 일측이 서로 연결된 제 3 전극;상기 제 2 전극들과 상기 제 3 전극들 사이에 서로 격리되도록 형성된 적어도 2개의 채널영역; 및,상기 제 2 및 제 3 전극들과 상기 제 1 전극 사이에 형성되는 적어도 2개의 반도체층을 포함하며;상기 제 2 전극들은 각 반도체층의 일측 가장자리를 중첩하며, 상기 제 3 전극들은 상기 각 반도체층의 타측 가장자리를 중첩하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치용 트랜지스터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반도체층은 비정질 실리콘으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치용 트랜지스터.
- 액정표시장치의 쉬프트 레지스터에 구비된 액정표시장치용 트랜지스터의 제조방법에 있어서,기판의 소정영역에 제 1 전극을 형성하는 단계;상기 제 1 전극을 포함한 상기 기판의 전면에 절연막을 형성하는 단계;상기 제 1 전극의 상측의 상기 절연막상에 적어도 2개의 반도체층을 일방향으로 형성하는 단계;일측이 서로 연결되며, 상기 각 반도체층을 중첩하는 다수개의 제 2 전극들을 형성하는 단계; 및,일측이 서로 연결되며, 상기 제 2 전극들 사이에 위치함과 동시에, 상기 각 반도체층을 중첩하는 다수개의 제 3 전극들을 형성하는 단계를 포함하며;상기 제 2 전극들은 서로 인접한 반도체층의 일측 가장자리를 중첩하며, 상기 제 3 전극들은 상기 각 반도체층의 중심부를 중첩하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치용 트랜지스터의 제조방법.

- 액정표시장치의 쉬프트 레지스터에 구비된 액정표시장치용 트랜지스터의 제조방법에 있어서,기판의 소정영역에 제 1 전극을 형성하는 단계;상기 제 1 전극을 포함한 상기 기판의 전면에 절연막을 형성하는 단계;상기 제 1 전극의 상측의 상기 절연막상에 적어도 2개의 반도체층을 일방향으로 형성하는 단계;일측이 서로 연결되며, 상기 각 반도체층을 중첩하는 다수개의 제 2 전극들을 형성하는 단계; 및,일측이 서로 연결되며, 상기 제 2 전극들 사이에 위치함과 동시에, 상기 각 반도체층을 중첩하는 다수개의 제 3 전극들을 형성하는 단계를 포함하며;상기 제 2 전극들은 각 반도체층의 일측 가장자리를 중첩하며, 상기 제 3 전극들은 상기 각 반도체층의 타측 가장자리를 중첩하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치용 트랜지스터의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항 및 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 반도체층은 비정질 실리콘으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치용 트랜지스터의 제조방법.
