Claims (8)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 염기성 화합물이 기체 암모니아 또는 액체 암모니아인 N,N'-카르보닐디이미다졸의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 비활성 용매가 직쇄 에테르, 환상 에테르 및 직쇄 에스테르로부터 선택되는 1종, 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 N,N'-카르보닐디이미다졸의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 비활성 용매가 테트라히드로푸란인 N,N'-카르보닐디이미다졸의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 부산물로 생성되는 이미다졸 염산염과 화학식 1로 표시되는 염기성 화합물과의 중화 반응에 의해 생성된 이미다졸을 결정화 또는 용매의 제거에 의해 고체로서 취출하여, N,N'-카르보닐디이미다졸 제조용 출발 물질로서 순환하여 사용하는 것인, N,N'-카르보닐디이미다졸의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 부산물로 생성되는 이미다졸 염산염과 화학식 1로 표시되는 염기성 화합물과의 중화 반응에 의해 생성된 이미다졸을, 비활성 용매의 용액 또는 비활성 용매의 분산 슬러리로서 수분 제거 공정을 부가하지 않고 N,N'-카르보닐디이미다졸 제조용 출발 물질로서 순환하여 사용하는 것인, N,N'-카르보닐디이미다졸의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 부산물로 생성되는 이미다졸 염산염과 화학식 1로 표시되는 염기성 화합물과의 중화 반응이 비활성 용매 중에서 행해지고, 상기 염기성 화합물의 염산염을 여과에 의해서 제거하고, 이렇게 생성된 이미다졸을 그대로 상기 비활성 용매의 용액 또는 상기 비활성 용매의 분산 슬러리로서, 수분 제거 공정을 부가하지 않고 N,N'-카르보닐디이미다졸 제조용 출발 물질로서 순환하여 사용하는 것인, N,N'-카르보닐디이미다졸의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 부산물로 생성되는 이미다졸 염산염과 화학식 1로 표시되는 염기성 화합물과의 중화 반응에 의해 생성된 이미다졸과, 새롭게 공급된 이미다졸을 혼합하여 생성된 혼합물을 N,N'-카르보닐디이미다졸 제조용 출발 물질로서 사용하는 것인, N,N'-카르보닐디이미다졸의 제조 방법.
