Claims (12)
- 대나무의 에나멜층의 일부 또는 전부를 제거시키고 대나무 내부의 죽섬유질층을 필터의 구성요소로서 이용한 것을 특징으로 한, 액체의 미세기포 발생용 대나무 필터부재.
- 에나멜층의 일부 또는 전부를 제거시키고 그 내부의 죽섬유질층을 필터의 구성요소로서 이용한 대나무 필터를 제조하고,
상기의 대나무 필터를 액체 속에 침적시킨 상태에서, 상기 대나무 필터의 안쪽 내부에 기체를 대기압 이상의 압력으로 가하고,
상기의 기체를 상기 죽섬유질층의 안쪽에서 그 바깥쪽으로 투과시켜서 상기의 액체 중에 미세한 기포를 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 한, 액체 중에서 미세기포를 발생시키는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기의 액체는 물, 수용액, 에멀젼, 음료수, 알코올, 소주, 그리고 오일로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 한, 액체 중에서 미세기포를 발생시키는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기의 기체는 산소, 수소, 공기, 질소로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 한, 액체 중에서 미세기포를 발생시키는 방법.
- 에나멜층의 일부 또는 전부를 제거시키고 그 내부의 죽섬유질층을 필터의 구성요소로서 이용한 대나무 필터부재와;
상기의 대나무 필터부재를 일정한 형상으로 지지하고 고정시키는 고정부재와;
상기의 고정부재를 통하여 외부의 기체를 상기 대나무 필터부재의 내부로 투입하는 기체 공급부재; 를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 한, 액체 중에서의 미세기포 발생기
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기의 대나무 필터부재는 대나무를 길이 방향에 대하여 일정한 길이로 절단하여 원통형으로 사용되거나, 상기 원통형의 대나무를 2등분 내지 4등분하여 반원통형 또는 판상형으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 한, 액체 중에서의 미세기포 발생기.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기의 고정부재는 상기 대나무 필터부재의 외부에 밴드와 같은 조임수단으로 구성되거나, 또는 상기 대나무 필터부재의 내외부에 클립과 같은 고정수단으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한, 액체 중에서의 미세기포 발생기.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기의 고정부재는 상기 대나무 필터부재의 전방 측면에 결합되어 밀봉시키는 전방캡과 후방 측면에 결합되는 후방캡을 포함하고 있고, 상기의 전방캡은 기체 공급부재로부터 공급된 기체가 상기 대나무 필터부재로 흘러나갈 수 있는 기체통기구를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 한, 액체 중에서의 미세기포 발생기.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기의 전방캡과 후방캡은 그들 사이에 연결봉을 삽입하고 이를 통하여 서로 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한, 액체 중에서의 미세기포 발생기.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기의 고정부재는 상기 대나무 필터부재의 일측면에 결합되어지는 전방밀봉부와; 상기 대나무 필터부재의 타측면에 결합되어지는 후방밀봉부와; 상기의 전방밀봉부 및 상기 후방밀봉부를 서로 연결시키고, 상기 대나무 필터부재의 반대편에 존재하게 되는 바닥밀봉면; 을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 한, 액체 중에서의 미세기포 발생기.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기의 전방밀봉부와 상기의 후방밀봉부는 결합편과 결합 나사에 의해 상기의 대나무 필터부재에 견고하게 고정되는 것을 특징으로 한, 액체 중에서의 미세기포 발생기.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기의 기체 공급부재는 외부의 기체가 흘러가게 하는 내부 기체통로와; 상기의 내부 기체통로를 보호하고 외형을 이루고 있는 몸체부와; 외부의 공기공급 호스와 결합될 수 있는 결합부; 를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 한, 액체 중에서의 미세기포 발생기.
