Claims (5)
- 미생물 배양시스템에 있어서,
미생물 또는 종균을 배양하는 배양조와,
상기 배양조에 연결되어 상기 미생물 또는 종균의 배양시에 발생하는 거품을 저장하는 거품저장조와,
상기 배양조 및 상기 거품저장조에 연결되어 상기 거품이 이동하는 연결관을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거품포집 배양시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 거품저장조에 연결되어 상기 거품에 함유된 대사산물과 상기 거품에 함유된 미생물 및 불순물을 분리정제하는 분리정제부를 더욱 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거품포집 배양시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 거품저장조의 압력은 상기 배양조 내의 압력과 동일하거나 낮은 압력으로 제어되어 상기 배양조 내의 거품이 상기 거품저장조로 용이하게 이동하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 거품포집 배양시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 거품저장조는 이동된 거품을 상기 거품저장조 내에서 농축시켜 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거품포집 배양시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 배양조는 미생물이 함유된 배지를 가열하는 히터와, 상기 배지를 교반하는 교반날개를 구비하며,
상기 배양조에는 미생물 또는 종균이 함유된 배지를 저장하는 배지공급조와, 상기 배양조에 물을 공급하는 물공급조와, 상기 배양조에 공기를 공급하는 공기공급조가 각각 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 거품포집 배양시스템.
