Claims (5)
- 복수의 소선으로 이뤄진 연선 둘레에 밀착 구비된 자화금속부재;상기 자화금속부재에 밀착되게 감겨진 코일;상기 코일에 전류를 인가하여 상기 자화금속부재에 자기장 변화를 일으키는 자기장 발생부; 및상기 자화금속부재에서의 자기장 변화에 의해 발생되는 초음파 신호를 수신하는 초음파 수신부;를 포함하는 강선 케이블의 결함 탐상 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 자화금속부재 및 상기 코일은 연선의 길이방향으로 상호 이격된 구간에 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 강선 케이블의 결함 탐상 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 자화금속부재 및 상기 코일이 연선 둘레에 밀착되도록 가압하는 결합지그;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강선 케이블의 결함 탐상 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 결합지그는 한 쌍으로 구비되며, 한 쌍의 결합지그 중 어느 하나는 상기 자기장 발생부에 전원선으로 연결되며, 다른 하나는 상기 초음파 수신부에 전원선으로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 강선 케이블의 결함 탐상 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 한 쌍의 결합지그에는 상기 자기장 발생부 또는 상기 초음파 수신부에 연결된 전원선이 결합되는 커넥터부가 각각 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 강선 케이블의 결함 탐상 장치.
