Claims (14)
- 폴리에스테르 단일중합체/공중합체 블랜드 수지, 결정성 고분자 수지인 신디오택틱 폴리스티렌 수지, 무기입자, 증백제 및 안정제를 포함하고, 상기 결정성 고분자 수지 및 무기입자의 전체 필름에 대한 총 함량이 10 내지 45 중량%인, 백색 다공성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 블랜드 수지는, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET), 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트(PEN) 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 폴리에스테르 단일중합체 수지; 및 상기 폴리에스테르 단일중합체 수지에 이소프탈산, 디메틸이소프탈레이트 또는 시클로헥산디메탄올을 공중합하여 얻은 폴리에스테르 공중합체 수지를 블랜딩하여 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는, 백색 다공성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 블랜드 수지 내의 폴리에스테르 단일중합체와 공중합체의 혼합비율은 8 : 2 내지 2 : 8 인 것을 특징으로 하는, 백색 다공성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 결정성 고분자 수지는, 폴리에스테르와의 혼합엔탈피의 값이 0.2 (MJm-3)1/2 이상의 비상용성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 백색 다공성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 필름은, 상기 폴리에스테르 단일중합체/공중합체 블랜드 수지 50 내지 90 중량%, 증백제 0.01 내지 0.2 중량% 및 안정제 0.01 내지 2.0 중량%를 포함하고, 필름의 비중이 0.8 내지 1.2인 것을 특징으로 하는, 백색 다공성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 필름은, 백색도가 95% 이상이고, 빛 투과율이 5% 이하이며, 400 내지 700 nm 파장 범위에서 평균 반사율이 95% 이상이고, 550nm에서의 반사율이 95% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 백색 다공성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 무기 입자는, 황산바륨, 이산화티탄, 탄산칼슘, 실리카, 카올린, 탈크 및 제올라이트 중 적어도 1종 이상이고, 평균 입경이 0.1 내지 0.7 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는, 백색 다공성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 증백제가 2,2'-(1,2,-에텐디일디-4,1-페닐렌)비스벤즈옥사졸 또는 2,2-(4,4-디페놀비닐)디벤즈옥사졸인 것을 특징으로 하는, 백색 다공성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 필름은, 1 내지 5 ㎛, 및 10 내지 20 ㎛의 각각 서로 다른 평균입경을 갖는 2종의 기공을 내부에 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 백색 다공성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- a) 폴리에스테르 단일중합체/공중합체 블랜드 수지, 결정성 고분자 수지인 신디오택틱 폴리스티렌 수지, 무기입자, 증백제 및 안정제를 혼합하되, 상기 결정성 고분자 수지 및 무기입자의 전체 필름에 대한 총 함량이 10 내지 45 중량%가 되도록 혼합하여 혼합수지를 얻는 단계;b) 상기 혼합수지를 용융 혼련 및 압출하여 미연신 시트를 얻는 단계; 및c) 상기 미연신 시트를 종방향 및 횡방향으로 이축 연신하여 최종 필름을 얻는 단계를 포함하는, 백색 다공성 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 단계 b)에서, 용융 혼련 및 압출 공정에서 용융체로서의 체류시간을 0.5 내지 3 분의 범위로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 백색 다공성 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 단계 c)에서, 상기 종방향 및 횡방향의 연신비는 각각 3 내지 6 배인 것을 특징으로 하는, 백색 다공성 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 단계 c)에서, 이축 연신 공정에 있어서 각 방향으로 2회 이상의 다단 연신을 진행하며, 이 때 각 방향의 최초 1단 연신시 상기 폴리에스테르의 유리전이온도 +10 내지 +30 ℃의 온도 범위에서 최소 1.5배 이상 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 백색 다공성 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조 방법.
