Claims (4)
- 본체(10);상기 본체(10)의 일측에 연통하도록 부설되며 기화기(3)에서 생성된 혼합기를 전달하는 트로틀 바디(20);상기 본체(10) 내부에 형성되어 상기 트로틀 바디(20)를 거쳐 공급되는 혼합기의 일시적인 저장조 기능을 하며, 엔진 연소실(5)로부터의 PCV 가스가 재인입되어지는 플레넘 챔버(30);상기 본체(10) 주위를 따라 형성되어 상기 플레넘 챔버(30)의 혼합기가 복수의 연소실로 균등하게 공급되도록 유선형으로 이루어지는 복수의 인테이크 러너(40); 및상기 플레넘 챔버(30) 상에 배치되고 상기 인테이크 러너(40)에 상기 PCV 가스가 균일하게 유입되도록 안내하는 가스 토출포트(50);를 포함하며,상기 가스 토출포트(50)는 중공의 몸체(51), 상기 몸체(51)의 일측을 개방하도록 형성되어 상기 PCV 가스가 유입되도록 유도하는 유입구(56), 상기 몸체(51)의 타측에 상기 유입구(56)와 마주보도록 배치되고 안내돌기(53)가 돌출 형성되는 안내판(52), 및 상기 몸체(51)와 상기 안내판(52) 사이에 형성됨으로써 상기 몸체(51)의 타측 가장자리에 위치하는 유출구(54,55)로 이루어지며,상기 유출구(54,55)는 상기 트로틀 바디(20) 측을 향하도록 형성되는 제1유출구(54)와 상기 안내돌기(53)를 사이에 두고 상기 제1유출구(54)와 마주보도록 배치되는 제2유출구(55)로 이루어지며, 상기 안내돌기(53)는 상기 제1유출구(54)보다는 상기 제2유출구(55) 측에 가깝게 배치하여 상기 제1유출구(54)를 통해 배출되는 혼합기의 양이 상기 제2유출구(55)보다 많아지도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCV Gas의 균등한 분배 기능이 향상된 인테이크 매니폴드(1).
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 몸체(51)와 상기 안내판(52) 사이에는 상기 유출구(54,55)가 형성되어 상기 가스 토출포트(50) 내의 PCV 가스가 상기 플레넘 챔버(30) 내로 유출 가능하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCV Gas의 균등한 분배 기능이 향상된 인테이크 매니폴드(1).
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 유출구(54,55)는 상기 안내돌기(53)를 중간에 두고 복수개로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCV Gas의 균등한 분배 기능이 향상된 인테이크 매니폴드(1).
