Claims (8)
- 배기가스가 통과하여 외부로 배출되는 배기라인; 및상기 배기라인에 설치되어 그 내부를 통과하는 상기 배기가스에 포함된 입자상물질을 필터링하고, 그 필터링된 입자상물질을 설정된 주기로 제거하는 여과필터; 를 포함하되,상기 여과필터는,제1다공률을 갖는 소다공부; 및상기 제1다공률보다 큰 제2다공률을 갖는 대다공부; 로 구성되고,상기 소다공부는 상기 여과필터의 길이방향 중심축을 따라서 중심부에 형성되고, 상기 대다공부는 상기 중심부의 외측에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과필터세트.
- 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 소다공부는 원통형으로 형성되고,상기 대다공부는 상기 소다공부를 감싸는 파이프형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과필터세트.
- 금형 내부에 충진된 원료를 다이를 통해서 외부로 인젝션하여 여과필터를 제작하는 여과필터세트의 제작방법에 있어서,상기 금형 내부에 소다공부용 제1원료와 대다공부용 제2원료를 충진하는 충진단계; 및상기 다이를 통해서 상기 제1원료와 상기 제2원료를 인젝션하여 대다공부와 소다공부를 일체로 포함하는 담체를 형성하는 인젝션단계; 를 포함하고,상기 충진단계에서,상기 제1원료는 길이방향 중심축을 따라서 중심부에 충진되고, 상기 제2원료는 중심부의 외측에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과필터세트의 제작방법.

- 제4 항에 있어서,상기 충진단계에서,상기 제1원료는, 중심부에 형성된 중심공급관을 통해서 상기 금형 내부의 중심공간으로 충진되고,상기 제2원료는, 그 내측면이 상기 중심공급관의 외측면과 설정된 간격을 두도록 상기 중심공급관이 삽입된 구조를 갖는 외부공급관을 통해서 상기 금형 내부 의 외측공간으로 충진되는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과필터세트의 제작방법.
- 제4 항에 있어서,상기 담체 형성된 채널의 입구 또는 출구를 폐쇄하는 플러깅단계; 및상기 담체 내부에 기포제를 제거하는 기포제거단계; 를 더 포함하는 여과필터세트의 제작방법.
