- 각각 제1,2,3부재를 구비하고, 각각의 제1부재가 서로 상시 연결된 제1,2차동기어장치와;상기 제1차동기어장치의 제2부재와 상기 제2차동기어장치의 제3부재를 선택적으로 연결하는 제1토크전달기구와;상기 제2차동기어장치의 제3부재의 회전을 구속할 수 있도록 구비된 제2토크전달기구와;상기 제1차동기어장치의 제3부재에 연결된 제1모터제너레이터와;상기 제2차동기어장치의 제1부재에 연결된 제2모터제너레이터;를 포함하여 구성되고,상기 제1차동기어장치의 제2부재는 엔진에 연결되고;상기 제2차동기어장치의 제2부재는 출력요소에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 변속기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1차동기어장치 및 제2차동기어장치는 각각 유성기어장치로 이루어지고;상기 제1차동기어장치의 제1부재, 제2부재 및 제3부재는 각각 제1선기어, 제1캐리어 및 제1링기어로 이루어지며;상기 제2차동기어장치의 제1부재, 제2부재 및 제3부재는 각각 제2선기어, 제2캐리어 및 제2링기어로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 변속기.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 제1차동기어장치의 제2부재와 제3부재를 선택적으로 연결하는 제3토크전달기구와;상기 제1차동기어장치의 제3부재의 회전을 구속할 수 있도록 구비된 제4토크전달기구;를 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 변속기.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 제1토크전달기구(CL1)와 상기 제3토크전달기구(CL2)는 각각 서로 상대회전이 가능한 두 부재(C1, R2, C1, C2; C1, R1)사이를 선택적으로 연결 및 차단할 수 있도록 구성된 제1클러치 및 제2클러치로 구성되고;상기 제2토크전달기구(BK1)와 상기 제4토크전달기구(BK2)는 각각 연결된 부재(R2, R1)의 회전을 제한할 수 있도록 구성된 제1브레이크 및 제2브레이크로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 변속기.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 제1차동기어장치의 제2부재와 상기 엔진 사이에는 이들 사이를 선택적으로 연결할 수 있도록 제5토크전달기구가 더 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 변속기.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 제1차동기어장치와 제2차동기어장치는 각각 단순유성기어장치로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 변속기.
- 한 부재(C1)가 엔진에 연결되는 제1차동기어장치와;상기 제1차동기어장치의 다른 한 부재(S1)에 상시 연결되는 한 부재(S2)를 구비하고, 출력요소가 다른 한 부재(C2)에 연결된 제2차동기어장치와;상기 엔진에 연결된 제1차동기어장치의 부재(C1)와 상기 제2차동기어장치의 나머지 부재(R2)를 선택적으로 연결하는 제1토크전달기구(CL1)와;상기 제1토크전달기구에 연결된 상기 제2차동기어장치의 부재(R2)의 회전을 구속할 수 있도록 설치된 제2토크전달기구(BK1)와;상기 제1차동기어장치의 한 부재(R1)에 상시 연결된 제1모터제너레이터와;상기 제2차동기어장치의 한 부재(S2)에 상시 연결된 제2모터제너레이터;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 변속기.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 제1모터제너레이터는 상기 제1차동기어장치의 부재들 중 상기 엔진에 연결되는 부재(C1)와 상기 제2차동기어장치에 상시 연결된 부재(S1) 이외의 나머지 한 부재(R1)에 상시 연결되고;상기 제2모터제너레이터는 상기 제1차동기어장치의 부재(S1)와 상시 연결된 상기 제2차동기어장치의 부재(S2)에 상시 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 변속기.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 제1차동기어장치의 부재(C1)와 상기 엔진 사이에는 이들 사이를 선택적으로 연결할 수 있도록 제5토크전달기구(CL3)가 더 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 변속기.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,상기 제1차동기어장치 및 제2차동기어장치는 각각 제1부재와 제2부재 및 제3부재를 구비하고;상기 제1차동기어장치 및 제2차동기어장치는 각각 유성기어장치로 이루어지며;상기 제1차동기어장치의 제1부재, 제2부재 및 제3부재는 각각 제1선기어, 제1캐리어 및 제1링기어로 이루어지며;상기 제2차동기어장치의 제1부재, 제2부재 및 제3부재는 각각 제2선기어, 제2캐리어 및 제2링기어로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 변속기.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,상기 제1토크전달기구(CL1)와 제5토크전달기구(CL3)는 각각 서로 상대회전이 가능한 두 부재(C1, R2, C1, C2; C1, ENGINE)사이를 선택적으로 연결 및 차단할 수 있도록 구성된 제1클러치 및 제3클러치로 구성되고;상기 제2토크전달기구(BK1)는 연결된 부재(R2)의 회전을 제한할 수 있도록 구성된 제1브레이크로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 변속기.
- 청구항 11에 있어서,상기 제1차동기어장치와 제2차동기어장치는 각각 단순유성기어장치로 이루어지고;상기 제1선기어는 제2선기어에 상시 연결되고;상기 제1캐리어는 상기 제1클러치를 통해 상기 제2링기어에 연결되고, 상기 제3클러치를 통해 상기 엔진과 연결되며;상기 제1링기어는 상기 제1모터제너레이터에 상시 연결되고;상기 제2선기어는 상기 제2모터제너레이터에 상시 연결되며;상기 제2캐리어는 상기 출력요소에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 변속기.
- 청구항 11에 있어서,상기 제1차동기어장치는 단순유성기어장치로 이루어지고;상기 제2차동기어장치는 복합유성기어장치로 이루어지며;상기 제1선기어는 제2선기어에 상시 연결되고;상기 제1캐리어는 상기 제1클러치를 통해 상기 제2캐리어에 연결되고, 상기 제3클러치를 통해 상기 엔진과 연결되며;상기 제1링기어는 상기 제1모터제너레이터에 상시 연결되고;상기 제2선기어는 상기 제2모터제너레이터에 상시 연결되며;상기 제2링기어는 상기 출력요소에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 변속기.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 제1차동기어장치 및 제2차동기어장치는 각각 제1부재와 제2부재 및 제3부재를 구비하고;상기 제1차동기어장치 및 제2차동기어장치는 각각 유성기어장치로 이루어지며;상기 제1차동기어장치의 제1부재, 제2부재 및 제3부재는 각각 제1선기어, 제1캐리어 및 제1링기어로 이루어지며;상기 제2차동기어장치의 제1부재, 제2부재 및 제3부재는 각각 제2선기어, 제2캐리어 및 제2링기어로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 변속기.
- 청구항 14에 있어서,상기 제1차동기어장치의 부재들 중 상기 엔진에 연결되는 부재(C1)와 상기 제1모터제너레이터에 연결된 부재(R1) 사이를 선택적으로 연결할 수 있도록 구비된 제3토크전달기구(CL2)와;상기 제1차동기어장치의 부재들 중 상기 제1모터제너레이터에 연결된 부재(R1)의 회전을 구속할 수 있도록 구비된 제4토크전달기구(BK2);를 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 변속기.
- 청구항 15에 있어서,상기 제1토크전달기구(CL1)와 제3토크전달기구(CL2)는 각각 서로 상대회전이 가능한 두 부재(C1, R2, C1, C2; C1, R1) 사이를 선택적으로 연결 및 차단할 수 있도록 구성된 제1클러치와 제2클러치로 구성되고;상기 제2토크전달기구(BK1)와 제4토크전달기구(BK2)는 연결된 부재(R2, R1)의 회전을 제한할 수 있도록 구성된 제1브레이크 및 제2브레이크로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 변속기.
- 청구항 16에 있어서,상기 제1차동기어장치와 제2차동기어장치는 각각 단순유성기어장치로 이루어지고;상기 제1선기어는 제2선기어에 상시 연결되고;상기 제1캐리어는 상기 제1클러치를 통해 상기 제2링기어에 연결되며;상기 제1링기어는 상기 제1모터제너레이터에 상시 연결되고;상기 제2선기어는 상기 제2모터제너레이터에 상시 연결되며;상기 제2캐리어는 상기 출력요소에 연결되고;상기 제2클러치는 상기 제1캐리어와 제1링기어 사이를 선택적으로 연결하도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 변속기.
- 청구항 17에 있어서,상기 제1캐리어와 상기 엔진 사이에는 이들 사이를 선택적으로 연결할 수 있도록 제5토크전달기구인 제3클러치가 더 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 변속기.
- 청구항 16에 있어서,상기 제1차동기어장치의 부재와 상기 엔진 사이에는 이들 사이를 선택적으로 연결할 수 있도록 제5토크전달기구인 제3클러치가 더 설치되며;상기 제1차동기어장치는 단순유성기어장치로 이루어지고;상기 제2차동기어장치는 복합유성기어장치로 이루어지며;상기 제1선기어는 제2선기어에 상시 연결되고;상기 제1캐리어는 상기 제1클러치를 통해 상기 제2캐리어에 연결되고, 상기 제3클러치를 통해 상기 엔진과 연결되며;상기 제1링기어는 상기 제1모터제너레이터에 상시 연결되고;상기 제2선기어는 상기 제2모터제너레이터에 상시 연결되며;상기 제2링기어는 상기 출력요소에 연결되고;상기 제2클러치는 상기 제1캐리어와 제1링기어 사이를 선택적으로 연결하도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 변속기.
