Abstract
본 발명은 표면에 촉매가 코팅된 다수의 중공형 셀이 길이방향으로 형성되어 다각형 지지체에 수용되어 적층되는 다수의 단위 촉매 담체 블록; 및 상기 적층된 단위 촉매 담체 블록 사이에 상호 접촉되는 인접된 한쌍의 지지체를 고정시켜 상기 다수의 단위 촉매 담체 블록을 일체화하기 위한 다수의 조립부재를 포함한다.
Description
상기 셀형성체는, 평판에 코로게이션 처리된 파판의 평판/파판 조립체를 원형으로 권선하여 상기 다각형 지지체의 내부에 삽입된 원통부와, 상기 다각형 지지체의 각 모서리 부분을 세그먼트 형태의 다수의 평판/파판 조립체로 채워 넣은 다수의 모서리부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 셀형성체는, 세그먼트 형태의 다수의 평판/파판 조립체를 상기 다각형 지지체의 형상으로 권선하여 상기 다각형 지지체의 내부에 삽입하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 셀형성체는, 사각형 지지체의 한변 길이에 해당하는 세그먼트 타입의 파판/평판 조립체를 적층하여 사각형 지지체에 삽입하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

- 표면에 촉매가 코팅된 다수의 중공형 셀이 길이방향으로 형성된 셀형성체가 다각형 지지체에 수용되어 적층되는 다수의 단위 촉매 담체 블록; 및
상기 적층된 단위 촉매 담체 블록 사이에 상호 접촉되는 인접된 한쌍의 지지체를 고정시켜 상기 다수의 단위 촉매 담체 블록을 일체화하기 위한 다수의 조립부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대용량의 촉매 담체. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조립부재는
T자 형상으로 이루어지고 단부 양측에 각각 한쌍의 제1 지지체 수용홈을 형성하도록 한쌍의 지지체 수용 돌기가 연장 형성된 상부 몸체 피스;
T자 형상으로 이루어지고 단부 양측에 각각 한쌍의 제2 지지체 수용홈을 형성하도록 한쌍의 지지체 수용 돌기가 연장 형성된 하부 몸체 피스; 및
상기 상부 및 하부 몸체 피스를 고정시키기 위한 고정수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대용량의 촉매 담체. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조립부재는

상기 지지체를 고정하도록 상기 각 몸체 피스의 폭 방향을 따라 형성된 다수의 밀핀 수용홈에 체결되는 다수의 밀핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대용량의 촉매 담체. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조립부재는
상기 지지체의 일측이 수용되는 제1 지지체 수용홈을 형성하도록 내부면에 렌싱(lancing)을 주어 지지체 수용홈 쪽으로 경사지게 배치된 한쌍의 지지체 수용돌기가 단부 양측에 각각 연장 형성되는 상부 몸체 피스; 및

상기 지지체의 일측이 수용되는 제1 지지체 수용홈을 형성하도록 한쌍의 지지체 수용돌기가 단부 양측에 각각 연장 형성되며 상기 지지체 수용돌기의 각각의 외주면에 길이방향을 따라 압착홈을 구비하는 상부 몸체 피스; 및
상기 지지체의 타측이 수용되는 제2 지지체 수용홈을 형성하도록 한쌍의 지지체 수용돌기가 단부 양측에 각각 연장 형성되며 상기 지지체 수용돌기의 각각의 외주면에 길이방향을 따라 압착홈을 구비하는 하부 몸체 피스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대용량의 촉매 담체. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단위 촉매 담체 블록은 FeCrAl계 내열성 합금박판에 촉매금속으로서, 백금, 코발트, 니켈, 팔라듐, 구리, 망간 및 나노 실버로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1이상의 금속이 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 대용량의 촉매 담체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다수개의 중공형 셀은 파형, 반구형, 허니콤, 삼각형, 및 사각형으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 하나의 형상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 대용량의 촉매 담체.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 대용량의 촉매 담체를 이용한 촉매 컨버터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 셀형성체는, 평판에 코로게이션 처리된 파판의 평판/파판 조립체를 원형으로 권선하여 상기 다각형 지지체의 내부에 삽입된 원통부와, 상기 다각형 지지체의 각 모서리 부분을 세그먼트 형태의 다수의 평판/파판 조립체로 채워 넣은 다수의 모서리부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대용량의 촉매 담체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 셀형성체는, 세그먼트 형태의 다수의 평판/파판 조립체를 상기 다각형 지지체의 형상으로 권선하여 상기 다각형 지지체의 내부에 삽입하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대용량의 촉매 담체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 셀형성체는, 사각형 지지체의 한변 길이에 해당하는 세그먼트 타입의 파판/평판 조립체를 적층하여 사각형 지지체에 삽입하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대용량의 촉매 담체.
