Description
Claims (6)
- a)탄산칼슘에 2~3N염산 수용액을 처리하여 염화칼슘 수용액을 제조하여 고체형 불순물을 제거하는 단계;b)상기 염화칼슘 수용액에 황산알루미늄을 추가하여 염화칼슘 수용액에 용해되어있는 수용성 불순물을 제거하는 단계;c)염화칼슘 수용액에 과산화수소, 과망간산칼륨(KMnO4)으로부터 선택되는 산화제를 넣어 산화시켜 철 불순물을 제거하는 단계;d)상기 c)단계 후, 염화칼슘 수용액을 탄산소다 수용액과 반응시켜 탄산칼슘으로 재결정시키는 단계 및e) 고체 및 액체를 분리 건조시켜 단일상의 탄산칼슘을 수득하는 단계;를 포함하는 탄산칼슘 고순도화 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 a)단계에서 염화칼슘 수용액은 pH 3.0-7.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산칼슘 고순도화 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 b)단계에서 상기 염화칼슘 수용액을 염기성용액을 첨가하여 pH6~8로 조 절한 후, 황산알루미늄을 첨가하되, 상기 황산알루미늄은 탄산칼슘100중량부에 대하여1~10중량부를 첨가하는 탄산칼슘 고순도화 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 c)단계에서 과망간산칼륨은 탄산칼슘 100중량부에 대하여 0.05~0.2중량부 첨가하는 탄산칼슘 고순도화 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 a)단계에서 염산 수용액 100중량부에 대하여 탄산칼슘8~20중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산칼슘 고순도화 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 d)단계에서 염화칼슘 수용액 100중량부에 대하여 1N탄산소다 수용액 60 ~ 120중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산칼슘 고순도화 방법.
