Claims (15)
- (1) 티타니아 염 또는 티타니아 알콕사이드를 용매에 혼합하고 마이크로웨이브를 조사하여 티타니아 전구체를 합성하는 단계;(2) 상기 단계 (1)에서 얻어진 티타니아 전구체를 함유하는 용액에 염기성 촉매를 첨가하여 티타늄 하이드록사이드의 구형 나노입자를 제조하는 단계;(3) 상기 단계 (2)에서 얻어진 티타늄 하이드록사이드를 건조 및 소성단계를 거쳐 결정상 티타니아 구형입자로 만드는 단계; 및(4) 상기 단계 (3)에서 얻어진 나노입자를 소수화 처리를 수행하는 단계;를 포함하는 티타니아 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 단계 (1)의 티타니아 염 또는 티타니아 알콕사이드는 티타늄 옥시 클로라이드, 티타늄 클로라이드, 티타늄 나이트레이트, 티타늄 설페이트, 및 C1-C12의 티타늄 알콕사이드로로 이루어진 군으로부터 1종 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 티타니아 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 단계 (2)의 염기성 촉매는 아민기, 하이드록시기를 함유하는 화합물 또는 이의 수용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 티타니아 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 단계 (2)의 염기성 촉매는 촉매의 첨가 후 혼합용액의 pH가 7.57 내지 10 사이가 되도록 첨가하는 특징으로 하는 티타니아 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 단계 (3)에서 건조는 50-70 ℃에서 1시간 내지 3시간 예비건조 후 100-130 ℃에서 4시간 내지 12시간 본 건조를 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 티타니아 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 단계 (3)에서 소성은 600-800 ℃에서 1시간 내지 4시간 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 티타니아 나노입자 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 단계 (4)의 소수화 처리는 헥사메틸디실라잔(hexamethyldisilanzane, HMDS), 메틸트리메톡시실란(methyltrimethoxysilane, MTMS), 디메틸디에톡시실란(dimethyldiethoxysilane, DMDES), 트리메틸에톡시실란(trimethylethoxysilane, TMES), Isopropyl triisostearoyl titanate(KR-TTS), Isopropyl dimethaacryl isostearoyl titanate(KR-7), Isopropyl tri(dodecyl)benzenesulfonyl titanate(KR-9S), Isopropyl tri(dioctyl)pyrophosphato titanate (KR-38S), Di(cumyl)phenyl oxoethylene titanate (KR-134S), Di(dioctyl)pyrophosphate oxoethylene titanate (KR-138S), Neopentyl(diallyl)oxy, 및 tri(dioctyl)pyro-phosphato titanate (LICA-38)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 소수화제로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 티타니아 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 단계(4)의 소수화제는 결정상 티타니아 나노입자(고형분 함량 대비) 100 중량부를 기준으로 1 내지 20 중량부로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 티타니아 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 단분산 구형 형태의 티타니아 나노입자.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 티타니아 나노입자는 그 평균입경이 30 내지 200 ㎚이고, 비표면적이 20 내지 100 ㎡/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 티타니아 나노입자.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 티타니아 나노입자는 물에 대한 접촉각이 100 내지 170 °인 것을 특징 으로 하는 티타니아 나노입자.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 티타니아 나노입자는 정전하상 현상을 위한 토너 외첨제용인 것을 특징으로 하는 티타니아 나노입자..
- 제9항 기재의 티타니아 나노입자와 토너 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 현상제.
