Claims (5)
- 증기발생기 하부 일측에 형성된 제1개구부 내에 설치되고, 상기 제1개구부로부터 고정지지봉 사이에 형성되며, 양 단이 마운트 플랜지와 레일 스탠더에 의해 지지되도록 형성되는 제1가이드레일과, 상기 제1가이드레일을 따라 이동가능하도록 형성된 제1세정로봇을 포함하여 형성된 제1랜싱부; 및증기발생기 하부 타측에 형성된 제2개구부 내에 설치되고, 상기 제2개구부로부터 고정지지봉 사이에 형성되며, 양 단이 마운트 플랜지와 레일 스탠더에 의해 지지되도록 형성되는 제2가이드레일과, 상기 제2가이드레일을 따라 이동가능하도록 형성된 제2세정로봇을 포함하여 형성된 제2랜싱부를 포함하며,상기 마운트 플랜지는 상기 가이드레일의 일단을 지지하기 위한 것으로, 일단은 증기발생기의 핸드홀에 결합되고, 타단은 가이드레일의 일단을 고정하며,상기 레일 스탠더는 상기 가이드레일을 지지하기 위한 봉형상의 부재로, 고정지지봉을 중심으로 양 측에 수직방향으로 소정거리 이격되게 형성되는 증기발생기 2차측 듀얼타입 랜싱장치.

- 청구항 1항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 세정로봇은,제 1 직류 서보 모터 축에 장착되어 회전하는 제 1 미터기어와, 상기 제 1 미터기어와 연결되어 회전하되 상하위치에 형성된 한쌍의 스퍼기어, 및 상기 한쌍의 스퍼기어 중 상측에 위치한 스퍼기어의 스퍼기어축에 형성되어 가이드레일과 치합되는 랙기어를 포함하며 가이드 레일을 따라 전후방향으로 이동시키는 이송부와,상기 이송부 내부 일측에 형성되는 상기 제 2 직류 서보 모터 축에 장착되어 회전하는 제 2 미터기어와 상기 제 2 미터기어의 하단에 형성되며, 반 원주형상으로 형성되어 원주방향으로 회전하는 로봇미터기어를 포함하여 세정로봇을 회전시키는 노즐부를 포함하며,상기 노즐부 끝단에는 노즐을 형성하고, 노즐 후단에는 카메라 및 램프를 포함하는 증기발생기 2차측 듀얼타입 랜싱장치.
- 청구항 1항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 가이드레일과 제1 및 제2 세정로봇은 더브테일(dove tail)방식으로 결합되는 증기발생기 2차측 듀얼타입 랜싱장치.
- 청구항 1항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 세정로봇은 원격제어부를 구비하는 증기발생기 2차측 듀얼타입 랜싱장치.
