Claims (18)
- 베이스 부재에 돌기부를 설치한 부극 집전체에 주석(Sn)의 단일 부재 및 화합물로 이루어지는 군 중의 적어도 1 종류를 포함하는 부극 활물질층을 형성하고, 상기 부극 집전체와 상기 부극 활물질층을 계면의 적어도 일부에 있어서 합금화하고상기 돌기부는 구리(Cu), 철(Fe), 니켈(Ni), 코발트(Co), 망간(Mn), 티탄(Ti), 몰리브덴(Mo) 또는 텅스텐(W)의 단일 부재 및 화합물로 이루어지는 군 중의 적어도 1 종류를 포함하는 제1 돌기부와, 알루미늄(Al), 아연(Zn), 은(Ag), 금(Au), 게르마늄(Ge) 또는 인듐(In)의 단일 부재 및 화합물로 이루어지는 군 중의 적어도 1 종류를 포함하는 제2 돌기부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지용 부극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부극 활물질층을 기상법, 액상법 및 소결법으로 이루어지는 군 중의 적어도 1개의 방법에 의해 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지용 부극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 돌기부의 평균 직경은 0.5 ㎛ 이상 20 ㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지용 부극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 부재는 구리(Cu), 니켈(Ni), 코발트(Co), 망간(Mn), 티탄(Ti), 몰리브덴(Mo), 텅스텐(W), 알루미늄(Al) 및 스테인레스로 이루어지는 군 중의 적어도 1 종류를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지용 부극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 부재의 표면 거칠기는 산술 평균 거칠기로 0.1 ㎛ 이상 20 ㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지용 부극.
- 정극 및 부극과 함께 전해질을 구비한 전지이며,상기 부극은 베이스 부재에 돌기부를 설치한 부극 집전체에 주석(Sn)의 단일 부재 및 화합물로 이루어지는 군 중의 적어도 1 종류를 포함하는 부극 활물질층을 형성하고, 상기 부극 집전체와 상기 부극 활물질층을 계면의 적어도 일부에 있어서 합금화하고상기 돌기부는 구리(Cu), 철(Fe), 니켈(Ni), 코발트(Co), 망간(Mn), 티탄(Ti), 몰리브덴(Mo) 또는 텅스텐(W)의 단일 부재 및 화합물로 이루어지는 군 중의 적어도 1 종류를 포함하는 제1 돌기부와, 알루미늄(Al), 아연(Zn), 은(Ag), 금(Au), 게르마늄(Ge) 또는 인듐(In)의 단일 부재 및 화합물로 이루어지는 군 중의 적어도 1 종류를 포함하는 제2 돌기부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 부극 활물질층을 기상법, 액상법 및 소결법으로 이루어지는 군 중의 적어도 1개의 방법에 의해 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 돌기부의 평균 직경은 0.5 ㎛ 이상 20 ㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 부재는 구리(Cu), 니켈(Ni), 코발트(Co), 망간(Mn), 티탄(Ti), 몰리브덴(Mo), 텅스텐(W), 알루미늄(Al) 및 스테인레스로 이루어지는 군 중의 적어도 1 종류를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 부재의 표면 거칠기는 산술 평균 거칠기로 0.1 ㎛ 이상 20 ㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 전해질은 유지 부재와, 용매와, 전해질염을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 정극, 부극 및 전해질을 수용하는 필름형 외장 부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
