Claims (10)
- 시트 원단에 있어서,표피층과 이면층의 원단이 합포 형태인 2층 구조를 포함하되,상기의 이면층은 표면층, 중간층, 바닥층으로 이루어지고,상기의 표피층 및 이면층의 원료가 폴리올레핀계, 폴리아미드계, 폴리아크릴계에서 2층 모두 같은 원료로 1 종이 선택되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 시트 원단.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기의 이면층에 있어서 중간층에 사용되는 원사의 굵기가 10 내지 100 데니어이고, 표면층 및 바닥층에 사용되는 원사의 굵기가 20 내지 200 데니어인 것을 특징으로 하는 시트 원단.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기의 이면층은 더블라셀 방법으로 제직되어 이루어진 메시 형태의 시트 원단.
- 시트 원단의 제조방법에 있어서,표피층과 이면층을 폴리올레핀계, 폴리아미드계, 폴리아크릴계에서 2층 모두 같은 원료로 1 종이 선택하여 구성 시키는 원사구성 단계와;상기에서 구성된 원사를 가지고 쿠션성을 제공하기 위해 더블라셀, 모켓 또는 환편 방법을 이용하여 이면층의 원단을 완성시키는 제직 단계와;상기의 방법으로 제직된 이면층과 표피층의 원사를 연결시키는 합포 단계를 거쳐 제조되는 시트의 제조방법.

- 제5항에 있어서,상기의 원사구성 단계에 있어서,이면층을 구성하는 중간층에 사용되는 원사의 굵기가 10 내지 100 데니어이고, 표면층 및 바닥층에 사용되는 원사의 굵기가 20 내지 200 데니어인 것을 특징으로 하는 시트 원단의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제직단계에 있어서,상기의 이면층이 메시 구조로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 시트 원단의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 합포 단계에 있어서,상기의 접착 수지는 핫멜트, 고형분, 수용성 접착제 형태로 접착됨을 특징으로 하는 시트 원단의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 접착 수지는 폴리올레핀계, 폴리아미드계, 폴리아크릴계, 폴리우레탄계로 이루어진 군에서 1이상 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 시트 원단의 제조방법.
