Claims (19)
- 표면층, 중간층 및 이면층으로 이루어진 다층구조의 확산필름에 있어서,상기 표면층은 양각으로 돌출된 단위구조체를 포함하되,상기 단위구조체 및 상기 단위구조체 사이에 조도가 부여되고,상기 이면층에 조도가 추가적으로 부여되며,상기 표면층 및 상기 이면층에 부여된 조도는 Rz 값이 4 내지 10㎛, Ra 값이 1 내지 2㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 확산성이 개선된 확산필름.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 단위구조체는 렌즈형상 또는 다각뿔 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 확산성이 개선된 확산필름.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 다각뿔은 사각뿔 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 확산성이 개선된 확산필름.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 표면층은 단위구조체의 형상이 동일한 크기로 밀착하여 균일하게 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 확산성이 개선된 확산필름.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 중간층은 메틸메타크릴레이트, 에틸메타크릴레이트, 이소부틸메타크릴레이트, 노말부틸메타크릴레이트, 노말부틸메틸메타크릴레이트, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 히드록시에틸메타크릴레이트, 히드록시프로필메타크릴레이트, 히드록시에틸아크릴레이트, 아크릴아미드, 메타롤아크릴아미드, 글리시딜메타크릴레이트, 에틸아크릴레이트, 이소부틸아크릴레이트, 노말부틸아크릴레이트 및 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트에서 선택된 단량체의 단독중합체, 공중합체 또는 삼원공중합체, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리스티렌, 폴리프로필렌, 아크릴과 올레핀계의 공중합체로 만든 비드 및 실리콘계 구형입자로 이루어진 1 이상 선택된 광확산입자를 더 포함하는 확산성이 개선된 확산필름.
- 확산필름의 제조방법에 있어서,고분자수지를 필름상의 표면층, 중간층 및 이면층의 3개의 층으로 용융압출하는 단계;상기 압출된 필름을 표면층에는 양각의 단위구조체 및 상기 단위구조체 사이에 조도가 부여되고, 상기 이면층에 조도가 추가적으로 부여되도록 인각하는 단계; 및상기 인각된 필름을 냉각하는 단계를 포함하되,상기 표면층 또는 상기 이면층에 부여된 조도는 Rz 값이 4 내지 10㎛, Ra 값이 1 내지 2㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 확산성이 개선된 확산필름의 제조방법.

- 제10항에 있어서,상기 단위구조체는 렌즈형상 또는 다각뿔 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 확산성이 개선된 확산필름의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 다각뿔은 사각뿔 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 확산성이 개선된 확산필름의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 냉각하는 단계는 급냉을 하되, 4 내지 20℃의 냉각공기로 급냉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 확산성이 개선된 확산필름의 제조방법.

- 제10항에 있어서,상기 표면층은 단위구조체의 형상이 동일한 크기로 균일하게 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 확산성이 개선된 확산필름의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 표면층의 렌즈형상의 지름은 30 내지 60㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 확산성이 개선된 확산필름의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 중간층은 코폴리에스테르와 폴리카보네이트의 블랜드 또는 조성물로서 코폴리에스테르 10 내지 90중량% 및 폴리카보네이트 10 내지 90중량%이 포함된 확산성이 개선된 확산필름의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 중간층은 메틸메타크릴레이트, 에틸메타크릴레이트, 이소부틸메타크릴레이트, 노말부틸메타크릴레이트, 노말부틸메틸메타크릴레이트, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 히드록시에틸메타크릴레이트, 히드록시프로필메타크릴레이트, 히드록시에틸아크릴레이트, 아크릴아미드, 메타롤아크릴아미드, 글리시딜메타크릴레이트, 에틸아크릴레이트, 이소부틸아크릴레이트, 노말부틸아크릴레이트 및 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트에서 선택된 단량체의 단독중합체, 공중합체 또는 삼원공중합체, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리스티렌, 폴리프로필렌, 아크릴과 올레핀계의 공중합체로 만든 비드 및 실리콘계 구형입자로 이루어진 1 이상 선택된 광확산입자를 더 포함하는 확산성이 개선된 확산필름의 제조방법.
