Claims (3)
- 소정의 시험로 조건에서 단일 탄종의 원료석탄들을 복수의 배합비로 배합 및 건류하여 코크스를 제조하는 단계;상기 복수의 배합비로 배합 및 건류하여 제조된 각 코크스의 고온 강도의 실측 데이터들을 수집하는 단계;상기 각 단일 탄종의 원료석탄들의 고온 강도의 가중평균치와 상기 실측 데이터들을 비교하여 코크스의 고온 강도 예측모델을 구하는 단계; 및상기 코크스의 고온 강도 예측모델에 의하여 코크스의 고온 강도를 예측하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코크스의 고온 강도 예측방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 코크스의 고온 강도 예측모델은 하기의 수학식을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코크스의 고온 강도 예측방법.<수학식>CSRe = 4.1 + 0.95×∑wi×CSRi(상관계수 R2가 0.88 이상)[여기서, CSRe는 코크스의 예측 고온 강도(%), wi는 원료석탄의 배합비, CSRi는 단일 탄종의 고온 강도(%)]
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 소정의 시험로 조건은, 장입밀도: 750kg/m3, 시험로 내 수분: 8.0±0.3%, 시험로의 온도: 1100℃, 장입시간: 시험로의 중심부 온도가 900℃ 도달 후 2시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 코크스의 고온 강도 예측방법.
