Claims (14)
- 트리페닐포스핀이 분자 분산되어 있는 수소화되고 카르복실화된 니트릴 부타디엔 고무 (HXNBR)를 포함하는, 엘라스토머, 플라스틱 및(또는) 접착제 시스템용 가교제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.1 내지 10 중량%의 분자 분산된 트리페닐포스핀이 HXNBR 고무에 포함되어 있는 것인, 엘라스토머, 플라스틱 및(또는) 접착제 시스템용 가교제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, HXNBR이 추가의 분자 분산되지 않은 활성화제를 더 포함하는 것인, 엘라스토머, 플라스틱 및(또는) 접착제 시스템용 가교제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가교될 엘라스토머, 플라스틱 및(또는) 접착제 시스템이 폴리우레탄, 폴리우레아, 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드, 폴리메타크릴레이트, 폴리에폭시드, 폴리에피클로로히드린, 이관능성 또는 다관능성 에폭시드, 티이란, 이소시아네이트 또는 카르보디이미드와 이관능성 또는 다관능성 아민, 알코올 또는 포름알데히드-페놀 수지로부터 제조된 생성물, 라디칼 발생제에 의해 가교된 고무 및 이온 가교성 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인, 엘라스토머, 플라스틱 및(또는) 접착제 시스템용 가교제.
- 제3항에 있어서, 트리페닐포스핀이 분자 분산되어 있는 수소화되고 카르복실화된 니트릴 부타디엔 고무 (HXNBR) 10 내지 99.9 중량%, 및 분자 분산되지 않은 활성화제 0.1 내지 90 중량%가 포함된 것인, 엘라스토머, 플라스틱 및(또는) 접착제 시스템용 가교제.
- 제3항에 있어서, 활성화제가 에탄올아민, 1차 또는 2차 지방족 또는 방향족 아민, 유기 인 화합물, 산 촉매 및 이들 화합물의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인, 엘라스토머, 플라스틱 및(또는) 접착제 시스템용 가교제.
- 제3항에 있어서, 트리페닐포스핀이 분자 분산되어 있는 HXNBR 및 분자 분산되지 않은 활성화제의 총 중량을 기준으로, 유기 용매, 안정화제, 유화제, 물, 가소제, 프로세싱 보조제 및 충전제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된, 0 내지 90 중량%의 추가의 첨가제가 포함된 것인, 엘라스토머, 플라스틱 및(또는) 접착제 시스템용 가교제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 분자 분산된 트리페닐포스핀을 포함하는 HXNBR 고무가 에멀젼 중합에 의해 제조된 XNBR 고무의 수소화에 의해 제조되는 것인, 엘라스토머, 플라스틱 및(또는) 접착제 시스템용 가교제.
