- 제1항에 있어서,전사인자를 코딩하는 유전자는 B-peru, TT8, JAF13, 및 DELILA 유전자 군에서 선택된 1종의 유전자와,cPAP1D, ANT, AN2, 및 Rosea1 유전자 군에서 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 식물형질전환용 운반체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 식물형질전환용 운반체로 형질전환된 식물형질전환체.
- 안토시아닌 색소합성에 관여하는 bHLH 전사인자와 MYB전사인자를 2종의 유전자를 식물형질전환용 운반체를 매개하여 선발마커로 식물세포에 도입하는 단계를 포함하는 식물형질전환방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,전사인자를 코딩하는 유전자는 B-peru, TT8, JAF13, 및 DELILA 유전자 군에서 선택된 1종의 유전자와,cPAP1D, ANT, AN2, 및 Rosea1 유전자 군에서 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 식물형질전환방법.
- 안토시아닌 색소합성에 관여하는 2종의 전사인자를 코딩하는 각 유전자를 식물형질전환용 운반체를 매개하여 선발마커로 식물세포에 함께 도입시켜 형질전환체를 얻는 단계; 및상기 얻어진 형질전환체를 자가수분하여 얻은 후대 식물체에 상기 2종의 전사인자를 코딩하는 각 유전자를 주입하여 안토시아닌 색소의 합성여부를 확인하는 단계를 포함하는 형질전환 식물체의 유전자형 판별방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,전사인자를 코딩하는 유전자는 B-peru, TT8, JAF13, 및 DELILA 유전자 군에서 선택된 1종의 유전자와,cPAP1D, ANT, AN2, 및 Rosea1 유전자 군에서 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 형질전환 식물체의 유전자형 판별방법.
