- 멀티캐스트 메시지의 다수의 수신자들에 기초하여, 상기 멀티캐스트 메시지의 다수의 재전송들을 수신하는 자동 재송 요구(automated repeat request; ARQ) 전송 방법에 있어서,네트워크 요소에서, 수신기들의 그룹의 그룹 크기(S)에 기초하여, 상기 그룹 크기가 임계치 이상이면, 상기 멀티캐스트 메시지의 ARQ 전송에 대한 복수의 재전송들을 수신하는 단계; 및상기 그룹 크기(S)가 임계치(Th) 이상이면, 상기 복수의 재전송들을 수신한 후에만, 상기 멀티캐스트 메시지의 추가 전송들을 요구하기 위해, 긍정응답(ACK) 및 부정응답(NACK) 중 적어도 하나를 전송하는 단계를 포함하는, 자동 재송 요구 전송 방법.

- 하나 이상의 사용자들에 대한 멀티캐스트 모드를 지원하는 통신 시스템에 대한 자동 재송 요구(ARQ) 전송 방법에 있어서,제 1 네트워크 요소에서, 멀티캐스트 메시지의 ARQ 전송을 수신하기 위해 N개의 그룹들로 상기 사용자들을 정렬시키는 단계로서, 상기 N개의 그룹들은 각각의 사용자의 무선 상태에 따라 정렬되는, 상기 사용자들을 정렬시키는 단계; 및제 2 네트워크 요소에서, 상기 N개의 그룹들의 상기 정렬에 기초하여 시그널링 메시지들의 전송을 스태거링(staggering)하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 사용자들을 정렬시키는 단계는,최악의 무선 상태에 기초하여 상기 N개의 그룹들을 정렬시키는 단계로서, 가장 빨리 전송하는 그룹은 상기 최악의 무선 상태를 가진 그룹인, 상기 N개의 그룹들을 정렬시키는 단계를 더 포함하는, 자동 재송 요구 전송 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 전송을 스태거링하는 단계는, 각 그룹 내의 사용자들이 특정 그룹의 전송 차례에서, 긍정응답(ACK) 및 부정응답(NACK) 중 하나를 전송하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 자동 재송 요구 전송 방법.
