Claims (10)
- 광원으로부터 광을 수용하기 위한 광 입사 표면 및 대향하는 광 출사 표면을 구비하는 얇고 광학적으로 투명한 기판을 포함하는 광 재지향 필름으로서, 상기 표면들 중 하나 이상이 뚜렷한 형상의 개별 광학 소자의 패턴을 구비하고, 상기 개별 광학 소자는 하나 이상의 평평한 표면 및 하나 이상의 곡선형 표면을 구비하고 기판의 길이 및 폭에 비해 상당히 작아 상기 기판을 통과하는 광을 소정(所定)의 각도 분포로 재분포시키며, 상기 광학 소자들의 적어도 일부가 서로 교차하고, 상기 광학 소자들의 적어도 일부가 상기 평평한 표면 보다 상기 광학 소자의 곡선형 표면상에서 보다 큰 범위(greater extent)로 서로 교차하여 상기 광학 소자의 곡선형 표면적에 대한 상기 평평한 표면적의 상대적인 백분율이 커지게 함으로써 상기 기판을 통과하는 광의 축선상의 이득을 증대시키는광 재지향 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광학 소자들의 적어도 일부가 상기 광학 소자의 곡선형 표면상에서만 서로 교차하여 상기 광학 소자의 곡선형 표면적에 대한 상기 평평한 표면적의 상대적인 백분율이 커지게 함으로써 상기 기판을 통과하는 광의 축선상의 이득을 증대시키는광 재지향 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기판을 통과하는 광의 소정 각도 분포가 상기 기판에 대해 보다 더 수직인 방향인광 재지향 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 표면들 중 하나 이상에서의 상기 광학 소자의 위치 또는 배치가 랜덤화되는광 재지향 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광학 소자의 적어도 일부는 비-연동가능한 광학 소자가 서로 연동되는 것을 방지하는 기하학적 형상을 가지는 비-연동가능한 광학 소자이며, 상기 비-연동가능한 광학 소자들은 상기 비-연동가능한 광학 소자의 패턴내에서 기판의 표면들 중 하나 이상의 일부분의 원하는 커버리지를 생성하도록 지향되고 위치되는광 재지향 필름.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 비-연동가능한 광학 소자의 패턴이 둘 이상의 서로 상이한 형상의 광학 소자로 구성되는광 재지향 필름.
- 광원으로부터 광을 수용하기 위한 광 입사 표면 및 대향하는 광 출사 표면을 구비하는 얇고 광학적으로 투명한 기판을 포함하는 광 재지향 필름으로서, 상기 표면들 중 하나 이상이 둘 이상의 곡선형 표면을 가지는 뚜렷한 형상의 개별 광학 소자의 패턴을 구비하고, 상기 광학 소자의 곡선형 표면들 중 하나가 다른 곡선형 표면 보다 작은 반경을 가지며, 상기 개별 광학 소자는 기판의 길이 및 폭에 비해 상당히 작아 상기 기판을 통과하는 광을 소정의 각도 분포로 재분포시키며, 상기 광학 소자들의 적어도 일부가 상기 광학 소자의 다른(other) 곡선형 표면 보다 상기 광학 소자의 하나(one)의 곡선형 표면상에서 보다 큰 범위(greater extent)로 서로 교차하여 상기 광학 소자의 다른(other) 곡선형 표면에 대한 상기 하나(one)의 곡선형 표면의 상대적인 백분율이 감소되게 함으로써 상기 기판을 통과하는 광의 축선상의 이득을 증대시키는광 재지향 필름.
- 광원으로부터 광을 수용하기 위한 광 입사 표면 및 대향하는 광 출사 표면을 구비하는 얇고 광학적으로 투명한 기판을 포함하는 광 재지향 필름으로서, 상기 표면들 중 하나 이상이 뚜렷한 형상의 개별 광학 소자의 패턴을 구비하고, 상기 개별 광학 소자는 기판의 길이 및 폭에 비해 상당히 작아 상기 기판을 통과하는 광을 소정의 각도 분포로 재분포시키며, 상기 광학 소자들의 적어도 일부가 릿지를 함께 형성하는 둘 이상의 측부 또는 표면을 구비하며, 상기 릿지는 비-별개형(non-distict) 또는 잘못된 형상의(misshaped) 하나 이상의 섹션을 구비하며:이때: Ai = ith(i번째) 측부의 표면적이고,Bj = jth 비-별개형 릿지 섹션의 표면적이며,n = 측부의 번호이고,m = 비-별개형 릿지 섹션의 번호인광 재지향 필름.
