Claims (3)
- 토치 커버 내부에 삽입되어 설치되는 가스 디퓨져; 상기 토치 커버 일측 끝단부에 설치되는 노즐; 및 상기 노즐 내부에 설치되되 상기 가스 디퓨져의 일측 끝단부와 연결되는 팁을 포함하여 구성되는 위빙 토치에 있어서,토치커버의 상측에 모터와 감속기가 일체로 연결 설치됨으로써 구동력을 제공하는 구동부;상기 구동부와 편심 회전 원판에 의해 편심되도록 상단부가 연결되며, 하단부는 상기 가스 디퓨져와 연결되되 회전체 베어링에 의해 지지됨으로써 상기 구동부에서 발생된 회전운동을 좌우 직선 운동으로 변환시켜 상기 가스 디퓨져에 전달하는 캠 몸체와; 상기 캠 몸체 일측면 상하부에는 고정 수단에 의해 탈, 장착이 가능하도록 설치되는 캠 커버로 구성됨으로써 토치의 위빙 폭에 따라 교체 가능하도록 설치되는 편심캠부; 및상기 토치 커버 내부에 삽입 설치되되, 중앙부에는 가스 디퓨져가 삽입되어 좌, 우 이동될 수 있도록 가이드 슬롯을 구비함으로써 가스 디퓨져의 일측 끝단부에 설치되는 팁이 안정적으로 작동되도록 위빙 폭을 가이드 하는 가이드부를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터와 캠 방식을 이용한 위빙 토치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가스 디퓨져의 타측 끝단부에는 플렉시블 케이블에 의해 토치 케이블 연결부가 연결됨으로써 팁의 위빙을 위한 힌지 점의 별도 구성을 필요 없도록 하고 상기 팁의 위빙 폭 변경이 용이하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 모터와 캠 방식을 이용한 위빙 토치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 토치 케이블 연결부의 일측 끝단부 외주면에는 나사산이 형성되어 토치 케이블과 탈, 장착이 가능하도록 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터와 캠 방식을 이용한 위빙 토치.
