Description
Claims (9)
- 내부에 절삭칩이 압축 성형되는 캐비티가 구비되고 종방향 양측에 상기 캐비티와 연통된 입구 및 출구가 형성된 금형;상기 금형의 출구 측에 연접한 상태로 이동 가능하게 설치되어 위치에 따라 상기 금형의 출구를 개폐시키는 게이트;상기 게이트를 개방 또는 폐쇄 위치로 이동시키는 게이트 액츄에이터;상기 금형의 캐비티 내부로 절삭칩을 투입하는 공급수단;상기 금형의 입구를 통해 캐비티 내부로 진입되면서 절삭칩을 가압하여 캐비티와 대응되는 형태의 고형체로 성형하는 성형플런저; 및상기 성형플런저를 금형 내부와 외부로 왕복운동시키면서 성형 압력을 제공하는 프레스 액츄에이터를 포함하고,상기 금형의 입구 측에 연접하여 설치되며, 상기 금형의 캐비티와 동일한 방향으로 상기 성형플런저의 이동을 안내하는 안내홈이 구비되고 상기 안내홈의 상부에 개방된 절삭칩 투입부가 구비된 가이드패드를 더 포함하고,상기 공급수단은 출구 측이 상기 가이드패드의 투입부를 향하도록 설치된 호퍼 및 상기 호퍼에 수용된 절삭칩을 상기 가이드패드의 투입부로 이송하는 투입기를 포함하며,상기 투입기는 상기 호퍼의 내부에 상하 방향으로 설치된 이송스크류와, 상기 이송스크류를 회전시키는 구동수단과, 상기 이송스크류의 외부에 설치된 이송가이드를 포함하며, 상기 이송가이드는 상부와 하부에 각각 개방된 절삭칩 유입부 및 유출부가 형성되고 상기 유입부와 유출부의 사이에 관형의 안내부가 구비되고,공압실린더 및 이 공압실린더에 의해 상기 호퍼의 내부에서 상하로 왕복이동되는 가동푸셔를 구비하여 절삭칩을 호퍼의 출구 측으로 이송하는 보조투입기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 절삭칩 재생장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금형이 삽입되어 고정되는 금형하우징을 더 포함하며, 상기 금형은 상기 금형하우징의 내부에 서로 이웃하여 설치되어 상기 캐비티를 형성하도록 분할된 복수의 금형블록으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 절삭칩 재생장치.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 게이트에는 위치 이동에 따라 상기 금형의 출구와 연통되거나 차단되는 연통구가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 절삭칩 재생장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 가이드패드의 전단에 연접 설치되고 내부에 상기 성형플런저를 이동 가능하게 지지하는 가이드가 구비된 가이드하우징을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 절삭칩 재생장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 금형의 하측에 설치되어 절삭칩의 압축 시 외부로 배출되는 절삭유를 수집하는 오일팬을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 절삭칩 재생장치.
